She was the third endocrinologist that we have been to in 12 years. The moment we met her we knew we should've gone to see her years ago! Dr. Alfonso is warm, caring, and professional. She takes her time listening to everything you have to say or any questions that you have, and explains everything to you in ways that help you to understand. Very different than any other endocrinologist we had been to. She is the only doctor that my mother or I have ever been to who makes us feel so good but our lives and our health. My mother is 82 with type two diabetes, as well as other health issues, and we see many, many doctors quite often. This is the only doctor appointment that she actually looks forward to. As far as the office staff, they are the best we've ever dealt with. Period. All of your records/labs are available to you through the office portal. It is so easy to reach the doctor, because all we have to do is send a message to her inbox through the portal and she responds very quickly, even by phone if necessary or if you ask her to call you. Although the office is large and there are quite a few employees, we have yet to come across anyone who is anything other than friendly, helpful and professional. I wish all of the doctors that we see were like Dr. Alfonso and her staff; it would make seeing the doctor so much easier and more pleasant.
