AN AMAZING PLACE FOR ONLINE PRODUCE ORDERS DURING COVID QUARANTINE!!!!!…read more We live nearby and always thought this was simply a food distributor but during the quarantine, rumors spread about how convenient, affordable, and DELICIOUS this produce pick up spot is! Simply place your order online and as long as it is placed by 3 PM the day before, you can pick it up in your car within a two hour time window the following day. It's all easily explained online. Products range from fruits, vegetables, dairy (milk and cream and eggs only), and pantry items such as pasta. Much of the produce is ordered in bulk, for example the only way to order celery is to order 5 pounds of it. And milk is only by the gallon and eggs by the 30 count. But hey, quarantine calls for stocking up, right? The more popular produce was reasonably rationed (in smaller quantities. Ie: a pint of blueberries or grape tomatoes ). The avocados come in a three pack and all were ripe and ready to eat! It is a well oiled machine as all of the workers are on walkie-talkies and you simply drive up to the location corresponding with the first letter of your last name and they put your groceries right in your trunk! You don't have to touch anyone, and everyone is wearing masks. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Working for this company is a joke. First, they contract you with a temp. service that pays only…read more$9/hr. After 90 days or so they might hire you and, if they do, will start you at the same rate as you did with the temp. service, except now you'll be making $180/month less because of weekly deductions of medicare and union fees. According to Manta.com, this is a family-owned company that generates an annual revenue of over $100 million --yet are so stingy with their compensation. Job responsibilities may not require much intelligence but equally the same by all standards of hard work and dedication. Not worth it.

For as long as it took me to find the original Mullica Hill location, it took another 6 years to…read morerealize I've driven by their "new" outpost in West Deptford! Who knew...? Well, judging by the brisk business, it seems like most everyone in the WD/Wenonah area The setup is almost exactly the same as the original farm stand, a bit bigger actually. This location has a cold case for dairy, eggs etc. and there's also some baked goods and rolls. Plus the pickles, sauces and local wines for purchase. All produce is clearly marked, which I like, whether it's their own or Jersey grown or from another state. If it doesn't have a sign, the produce seems like just good grocery quality stuff. All in all, a great local family owned business in a nice airy semi-outdoor space. Oh and flowers, annuals, perennials for sale also!

Full disclosure that I add to EVERY smoothie/Acai bowl place that I try.....I don't EAT here…read more *shoulder shrug emoji* This type of food just ain't my bag baby, but it IS my wifes, so I find myself at an alarmingly high amount of these establishments. So, TASTE aside, here's how everything else stacks up. Besides a silly ass name, Fruiggie Too suffers from location, location, location. I live here, and have driven by this place 400 times and never knew it was here. It is tucked away in an old, K Mart style shopping center on Mantua Blvd. You really have to know it's here to find it. A positive to that fact though, is that it doesn't seem to get busy. There was NO ONE there when I went. The inside was fine, with tables and places to sit. The girl behind the counter was nice enough, and they looked like they had a TON of options. But, that shit was expensive. My wife wanted an Acai bowl. That's already $12. She wanted to add bananas and nutella, and the final damage was over $17. That's $5 for bananas and nutella. I can buy a PALLET of bananas for $5, or two full JARS of nutella for that price. And that's before they ask for the obligatory tip. The Misses seems to enjoy them, so they must taste ok, and it's certainly a place you can sit down in quiet and enjoy your overpriced fruit puree.

[961] 7/29/2019…read more This Produce store is located on the Black Horse Pike as soon as you come off the NJ Turnpike (exit 3). Plenty of parking in this strip store. I've driven past a bunch of times and decided to stop. The store is large and looks like it can use more product. It was not a busy store but everything I purchased was very inexpensive and high quality. The strawberries were fresh and very good. Only $2 a package. I purchased a bunch of other items and the quality was top notch. I didn't buy/notice the flowers. I'm glad I stopped as I now have a new place to shop for fruits and veggies. They take credit cards Staff is friendly I'll be back

Recently did a DIY farm stand tour of South Jersey…read more These guys had THE BEST PRICES, by farrrrr!!! I was told when I visited that this is newly opened, but by the Yelp reviews, it's been around a while. I believe it's under new ownership. It's now a Mexican produce store, as they carry various specialties required for Mex dishes. At first glance, it doesn't look like much on offer, but when you examine item by item, there is a lot of cool produce here, and the prices are unbelievable! A bunch of organic bananas was $1!!! ONE DOLLAR for a full bunch, and not even a small bunch, a legit ORGANIC bundle of bananz! A huge container of beautiful ORGANIC raspberries was only $2!!! The deals are really impressive here. Worth a stop! Got some cactus leaf to grill. They offer it already de-thorned and ready to slap on the grill, or full of prickers, straight outta the desert. I got the prickly version so my 1yo can explore it (with supervision). There are various other unusual produce items used in Mex cooking (see my photos). Aloe leaves, crazy peppers, squash chayote, etc. They have Mexican cheese in the cold case (not labeled so I can't say what kind). I really wanted to try it, but it was in a huge package and I had no cooler to get it home. Will remember a cooler next time! The lone staffer was really sweet about packing everything with care and making sure I got what I needed. He was so friendly and helpful, and will answer any question you have, with thoroughness. Got a couple big bags full of stuff and everything was fresh and delicious! My 1yo ate those raspberries like Cookie Monster. Can't wait to stop in again soon!
