Maybe this comment is silly, but why would a cashier put all your groceries in a cart and when you start to push the cart, she yields "the cart stays with me". btw the carts are locked, wth!!!! A great range of quality products. In and out in 10 min on Christmas Eve, that's unheard of! So in love with this market.

Prices are great on most things but not everything just like any store and you don't have to spend an hour in line like most other stores in the area. You have to put a quarter in to use a cart but if that's such an inconvenience for you go somewhere else. Watched a lady scream like a maniac at the cashier cause she was so appalled she had to use a quarter to unlock it (which you get back when you return the cart). The manager handled it well offered her a quarter but the lady was just a sad angry disgusting rude person and working in retail I know you can't please those kinds of people. I've only had good experiences here it doesn't sell everything but what it does sell has been great. Customer service has always been excellent. read more

Staff members can be abrupt, long lines at the checkouts, I have been overcharged, check expiration dates, many advertised items do not come in on time. Prices are great and decent quality. read more

Normally I would give Aldi a five-star rating because of their inventory and cleanliness of the store and it's organized .But I have to say the male clerks aren't very friendly , the lady clerks are awesome they're always smiling they make conversation with you quick stuff, as to not slow down the line but these guy Checkers that they have are so antisocial they don't even greet you today I went in and the clerk just kind of threw the can of peanuts over my eggs and I said watch the eggs and he didn't say "oh sorry " he didn't say anything he didn't even look at me or acknowledge me and then he quickly ripped the receipt and just kind of flicked it at me,, no thank you, have a nice day, nothing. It wasn't a good experience today they need more training on social graces dealing with customers, I get that they are essential workers but so am I . I don't treat customers this way. I have shopped here many times. Usually great to pick up a few items at a reasonable price, rather than deal with Wal-Mart. Just make sure you check your receipt if you have purchased anything at a discount. I purchased some meat items at a discount yesterday because it was a good price, so I thought I would stock up and freeze. At the register, the cashier seemed to have a problem adding the items at the correct amount. I checked my receipt when in the car, and sure enough, I was overcharged $4.89. I went back inside to receive my refund. After the new cashier, and the one that rung up my order looked over the receipt...the new cashier proceeded to go through their company process of processing the refund. After she was done, she handed me $4.00. I started to walk away realizing I hadn't received the $0.89, so I walked back and asked for the change...sometimes it comes out of a separate machine. She just said..."No, just $4.00". Now I knew she was confused and I didn't want to have to re-explain simple math to her and make the others in line wait, so I left. This is just scary, how do you not see/understand that I was overcharged $4.89 and then only to refund $4.00. This was not mathematical gymnastics. Maybe it is the new common core math? Each item was $4.89. They were $2.00 off. Final price at the register should be $2.89. 4 items at $2.89/each = $11.56. I was charged $16.45 total. $16.45 - $11.56 = $4.89. Anyways, it's not that I am actually mad about 89 cents...just principal. FYI, one of the packages of sausages that had an expiration date 6 days away from purchase...smelled funky (really funky/fishy) when opened and had to be thrown away. The rest are in the freezer...so hoping they are okay. I couldn't imagine having to try to rightly get my money back from the bad food. Shop here...but just beware. read more

I hate that my supermarkets of choice always seem to be closing down because of the walmart target combo in Pico Rivera, and I hope Aldi survives. It's hard as a creature of habit to change food brands and/or eat "generic" types of food but for the most part, I am rarely disappointed in the quality of the foods I AM willing to purchase at Aldi. As it goes, that list is ever expanding with the amazing prices and current level of satisfaction with their product. I'm impressed so far and cannot stress enough how much I LOVE not having to brave the Walmart aisles and class of customers. I have had to wait in longer lines here a few times...but again, it's wort the trade off. read more

This market is horrible. It's small and they don't carry many products. I came for the corned beef on sale and was told the shipment didn't come in and to come back tomorrow. I came back the next day and they didn't have it again. The guy working there with glasses was rude and didn't care. There's no point going to this little crappy market with rude workers.
