According to the locals, this is a bigger store than the regular ones. If I get a chance to visit a regular store, I'll confirm, lol. This one does have 2 levels, and you can take the lift (elevator) or the escaltors escalators. The escalator going down wasn't working the times I've been, but just walk down anyway. They have cashiers for check out as well as self check-out lanes. Prices here are awesome! I'm a huge fan of their bakery bread and the snacks. Their sparkling water game is pretty strong, too. Don't be shocked if I check in here again, lol!

The Liverpool One branch of Superstore is not actually the most super I have come across in Liverpool as there is one in Litherland which is gargantuan in comparison. However, Liverpool One Tesco is certainly what the town needs. You still have plenty of choice here, a variety of sections such as deli, clothes and international foods to keep you adding more to your basket! I find this place more of a relaxing and enjoyable shopping experience as opposed to the Metro version by the big screen, because its more spacious and offers an abundance of products. The location isn't great if you're driving there as it'll cost you pounds to park somewhere nearby but certainly convenient when you have other chores to do around town.

The cafe has been relocated to the new upper floor but is woefully short of toilets, a whole two and they're both intended for the diasbled however a wheelchair user would need to run the gauntlet of the tray carrying cafe customers and the closely placed tables in order to use them. To say the layout wasn't very well thought out is a bit of an understatement. Unfortunately the store also has a thriving home delivery service which has expanded into the carpark. Shoppers use the free parking spaces at Tesco to visit the newly built Eagles Meadow Shopping Mall which is opposite the store making parking in what was already a small carpark almost impossible on a saturday. At peak times you'll be queuing to get in and queing to get out.

DIOLCH AM SIOPA HEFO ALDI. SPEND A LITTLE - LIVE A LOT (ALDI UK). Aldi encourages people to bring their own shopping bags instead of using plastic bags. Bought milk, mineral water, wheat beer, coffee (no, not instant ;-)), and more. It made a huge difference to my shopping in Machynlleth moneywise. I also got fresh fruit here! Since life in Wales is expensive one has to go here unfortunately really.

The cucumbers were the only down-side! Other great brands were Pixie washing up liquid, Runners crisps, Mice krispies and WeakSword beer! Go on Stoke! Toilet Wipes for chubbers! They were what we came for! Condoms for kids are also top of the range! But the till attendents, Jesus Christ! I could have been out the door with my stuff by the time they scanned one thing!... I couldn't find it instore, so asked an assistant, Margaret, who went outside, checked the billboard, spoke to the Manager, came to find me, and told me that the offer had ended last week, but I was perfectly entitled to buy Dove at half price as stated! She was extremely helpful, as are all the staff at the Denbigh branch. I love shopping at the store, it is always a pleasure, and thank you Morrisons for your very fair treatment of your customers, no wonder we are loyal, I wouldn't shop anywhere else. I recently visited this Asda for the first time on a very busy bank holiday weekend. Being a small…read moreshop (in comparison to other Asda's I've visited) it was packed out, with a queue just to get onto the car park. After a short wait a parking space became available and in I went. To be fair they have pretty much anything you can get in a larger store and I managed to get everything I needed. After another queue at the tills, not enough but no space for more, I made my way out of the car park which had if anything got even busier.

There is a large car park and I have never struggled to park here. The shop is often busy and it can be difficult to get around amongst all the other shoppers. There are not very many check outs which results in some long queues. The staff at the tills are generally quite friendly and there are usually quite a lot of staff on the shop floor, though they are more likely to be talking to friends than helping customers. The prices are quite low compared with other local supermarkets, but this is reflected in the quality of the goods. There are a lot of non food goods, and recently a George clothing department has been opened.
