Fill it with whatever you like....for four bucks!), local beef and pork, the best milk I've ever tried from a local diary, baked goods and other wellness items like all natural soaps and essential oils. The blended bakery (with their amazing trolley) has incredible pimento cheese! This is NOT Irmo Farmers Market of a few years ago. Not a place you would want to actually stay and eat in. Both locations I have been to have been absolutely freezing. I was happy to be able to leave. The food product is basic, a tiny bit expensive for everyday ingredients but normal overall, fresh and healthy. It's like exactly what you would make at home except you have to pay and wait for Someone to make it for you. So if you are that busy--this is a good spot for you. Overall, I think this company does a great job with what they are offering. My only reason for less than 5 stars is the staffing. The staff is great, friendly, etc. But it is slow..like really slow to get your food. I have gone in a couple Of times for lunch, been the only person and it still took like 15 mns to get my smoothie. I think they are just understaffed, but I also think the employees just work at thier own pace. I had the same team member take my order, make my Order, and deliver my order. That's okay when it's just me, but when they are helping 5 people plus mobile orders, plus handling checkout--its just too Much for one person to manage. So just be mindful of that. The produce is decent, the meat department often has deals, and the selection for everything else (shelf stable, frozen, alcohol) is huge. Better quality and prices than competitors, tbh. Besides, it's a union shop and the workers are friendly and seem genuinely happy to work here. I like that you get points towards fuel prices. I save a lot on gas with the monthly discount since gas prices keep rising. Plus there's often cool extras out front, like grilled ribs on game day or Girl Scout cookies. The only drawbacks are that it can take a while to process returns and they don't have all the recycling bins for bags and things that others have.

I was happy spices of India wasn't too far from my general location and let me tell you this was such a hidden gem. They had everything I needed and then some. I left with spices, a couple of different naan, some mango lassi and a few more impulse buys. My buttered chicken turned out amazing and the naan and mango lassi from here were the cherry on top the kids all loved it! In the future I will be back to check out what else they have. The store wasn't the biggest but it was crammed with everything you'd ever need and more.
