Aldi is cheap. Aldi is German. Aldi is literally outside my front door. Despite these convenient characteristics, Aldi sucks. Our apartment building shares a ginormous parking lot with Aldi and those bastards hog the whole thing. I use Aldi quite a lot, but like the gentleman from Ware I have also been fined for Parking. At that time I was using a crutch to get around and what with the cages to re-stock the shelves, looking at the stuff in the centre aisles which I have brought from many a time and the long queues at the checkouts etc. it is very easy to get caught out with the parking even though our parking is for 90 minutes. When you have only used the car park to shop in Aldi this seems very unfair. So, come on Aldi try to be a little more lenient on your customers. I did actually appeal my fine and it was rescinded so thank you for that. Otherwise, Aldi is excellent value for money, the fruit and veg is fresh and lasts a lot longer than other stores, the meat is very good too along with their yoghurts, juice, ice cream etc.etc..... read more

My Wife and I used your store on Saturday 26th, as much as we got a lot of what we wanted, there items in the centre isles that I would liked to have looked at, but having being caught twice before, it has got to be on your marks get set go, go like a bat out of hell because you will get caught out for time, my recommendations to you are, 1, Parking should start when you have parked 2,, More tills open when the shop is busy shelves should be kept topped up, because while you are waiting for a shelf to be re stacked you are loosing valuable time in the car park 4, finally, increase parking time from 60 min to 90 min, from what I have heard you would get a lot more custom read more
