I sent a box of milk chocolate and a box of orange milk chocolate sponge candy. Needless to say, I was forgiven. The shop is small, but don't let that fool you. I went back just before Christmas to pick up a couple of boxes of sponge candy for my best friend, and the associate working at the counter offered to wrap them up for me. The customer service has been top notch every time I've been in there. The store is clean and organized in a way that makes it easy to find what you need.
