This is a great discount supermarket - and directly opposite Tesco!
Aldi has its' own car park, although it's not huge, it always seems to have spaces.
The supermarket doesn't have any recogniseable brands, but that is why it is cheaper than many of the other shops.
If you want carrier bags, you have to pay extra, and you need a pound coin to get a trolley - so it's worth remembering if you're visiting.
Aldi has lots of special offers too - everything from baby clothes to laptop computers, and all sorts in between!!
This is a great place to visit if you're on an economy drive - they're licensed too, so you can even buy cheap versions of your booze!!
There is usually only one till open - sometimes too, but prepare to queue. There never seem to be many staff around the store, but those that are there are very efficient and polite and you can get on your way without delay. read more
