From the beginning, small businesses owners should be more wise on who they hire for staffing and particularly Management. As simple of a job (making a smoothy ) this should be, I would expect staffing that greets and is cheerful to a sense. I don't want to feel like an inconvenience and pay for it. Customer service is everything in a place like this and actually being knowledgeable of the promotions the company has running is a must. So skip the fact that I ignored the B1G1F being wrong at time of purchase... I walked out with a Gladiator mucus order.
