Her name is Sharon, she monitors the Uscan at Fairborn's Kroger. She is an epitome of customer service, I go to the Fairborn store about 4 times a week (I try to stay out of the Xenia Store as much as possible) there has not been one time that she has not greeted me with a smile, offered help when it looks like I'm struggling, and thanked me as I'm leaving. McMaken's probably has to pay more than these huge chains so the difference is understandable but in the current recession it's regrettable.
