One plant was 2 inch tall with 3 tiny leaves on it. Another one was 3 inch tall with 6 small leaves. No surprise, first plant died within 2 days after planting, the second plant is barely alive. He had the beard so assumed he is married. There was a small selection of rugs, baskets, pickles and jellies. The shop also had sewing machines and huge tables for cutting fabric. He didn't have change on him for a $20. I bought a jar of garlic dill pickles for $7 and blueberry ham for $3. The Amish cut the ends off of pickles. I don't know why. These pickles are super good and crunchy. I found their business while googling Amish stores by Osakis. Turn left to drive into Long Prairie and you'll pass some more residences and farms.
