The people that work there are just rude and you can tell they absolutely hate their job and they don't wanna be there. I try not to have to interact with any employees when I go. I'll go straight to self check out but when I needed to go to customer service to return something, even my youngest child noticed how rude the lady was. And when we left, my daughter asked me why I was even being so nice to her and I said just because someone is rude doesn't mean you have to be if that's not who you are. It would be one thing if I was one of those Karen customers and I was being rude, but I literally just handed her what I was returning. I tried to explain that why was returning, but she didn't even care why I was returning it. She cut me off and gave me dirty looks as if I did something to her... I just rather not go there anymore than to deal with miserable people.
