I was excited to find the option of ordering through them on line. I only ordered 100.00 worth, so maybe that was the issue?? It states on line you will receive a tracking # once it ships. As I did not receive a # after a couple of weeks I emailed a request for information. Never received a #. Did receive a response they had a problem with the items in my order that were broken when they received it and would have to file for replacement through UPS. My order was delayed for several more weeks. I left several voice messages and emails requesting an order status with no response. I did finally receive a message that said it was being shipped and they were adding a couple of items to the order to make up for the long delay. When I finally received my order, 2 of the bottles were leaking in the box. Both totaled 49.00. One was oil and the other balsamic vinegar. There were 2 small items in the box I did not order that was obviously the items that were to make up for the delay and one had an expiration date in 9 days from the day I received it. I felt like it was something that was not going to sell in the store so it was sent in this manner. I immediately sent a message with photos of the box unopened and of the merchandise as I opened it so there would be no doubt of what happened. I asked if they would refund or replace the leaking bottles through both email and voice mail. I never received a response from this company. They would have had a customer for life with some acceptable communication but now have a very unsatisfied customer who will never order again or give a good review. The on line customer service is extremely poor. I would avoid it at all cost.
