No air conditioning, however. A kitchenette and common seating area completed the cabin. The large meeting room was set up quite nicely. Rows of chairs in the center facing the stage, and round tables and chairs along both sides. There is a beautiful mountain view out of the large windows, but unfortunately the filthy windows really took away from the experience. There was no clear checkin process. We arrived and had no idea where to go or how to check in. There was no one to run the sound system for our event, as we had been promised when booking. The cafe outside the meeting room was not open, as we had been promised. The food was... quite average. The woman running the kitchen insisted on not serving food until every member of our group (105 people) was present. Despite our requests, she insisted on causing us to run 15-20 minutes late each meal. Overall, a beautiful ranch and gathering place. Management attention to details would greatly improve the experience.

The…read morerooms are a beautiful ranch rustic with all the amenities and options to combine cabins for a larger living space for larger parties. The breakfast spread was delicious and the dining space had gorgeous views. The owners came and chatted with us during breakfast, it was truly a Hallmark Movie moment. We had just gotten off the Middle Fork Salmon River with OARS after 6 incredible days and nights camping out and were so well taken care of here. It would be a great spot for corporate events/retreats, family vacations, couples get away, girls trips, hunting parties in the fall, bird watching, horse training and so much more. Once they hire a chef full-time to provide lunch and dinner, this place will be a knockout!

Custom built is the cheapest saddle for those serious riders, but the correct balance and position of these saddles makes a better rider - as well as comfort. Quality, beauty, communication and assistance is outstanding with Out West. It would be nice to have more used saddles available but then who gets rid of a good horse or a good saddle? The ride on an Out West is instantly better and what a pleasure knowing it fits my horse.

Booking the flights to and from the River was easy and straightforward. We ended up finding out that we booked the wrong dates (right days but wrong month...!). Gem Air was so accommodating over our mistake and they made same-day adjustments to get us to our drop off point. Tim, in particular, was so helpful in handling this. Our pilots were also just straightforward and were terrific. We were met by Amber when we got to the Jackson Jet Center in Boise. She weighed our luggage in and let us know about timing and what to expect. She was lovely, helpful and just answered all of our many questions and helped us figure out what to do with our extra luggage (as we were flying to another destination right after this one was over). We would absolutely fly with them again.
