We have been ordering beef from Alderspring since the start of the Covid situation. The two most important facts to know is that this is this is the best meat you can get and that it's not cheap, but so worth it. For us it started in trying to find beef that was healthy, not something that comes from a factory. Honest people raising cattle humanely in such a way that you can actually taste the difference. One example is their filet mingon. They are absolutely the best I have had, better than any top end restaurant I have been to. It wasn't cheaper than a top end restaurant but it was better. And knowing that it's clean and then cooking it at home and pairing it with a beautiful wine just really is fantastic. And the same applies to every other cut they offer. Shipping of course is not cheap as they pack the meat well with dry ice to ensure it does not spoil in transit. I hope to one day go visit and spend a day riding a horse and helping herd the cows. I ordered a package from their advertisement on the 15th of January. . I got a letter of acknowledgement and may payment of app 40 USD did clear. When I went to check the tracking of my order, it shows it coming from CHINA. I didn't know Utah was in China. I thought it was in the United States. so far its been 11 days and the tracking shows in transit but somewhere in the US. Caveat Emptor on these crooks.
