While we waited, we noticed the clientele and the hardworking folks staffing the store. Most everyone working at the store was friendly and anxious to be of assistance. The store is jammed with a lot of goods and not a large footprint which can make navigating the store challenging with a cart and a lack of spatial awareness for yourself and others. We feasted on our sandwiches at one of the tables at the front by the coffee stand. It was delicious and fun to watch the people checking out and play old money/new money.

The two most…read moreimportant facts to know is that this is this is the best meat you can get and that it's not cheap, but so worth it. For us it started in trying to find beef that was healthy, not something that comes from a factory. Honest people raising cattle humanely in such a way that you can actually taste the difference. One example is their filet mingon. They are absolutely the best I have had, better than any top end restaurant I have been to. It wasn't cheaper than a top end restaurant but it was better. And knowing that it's clean and then cooking it at home and pairing it with a beautiful wine just really is fantastic. And the same applies to every other cut they offer. Shipping of course is not cheap as they pack the meat well with dry ice to ensure it does not spoil in transit. I hope to one day go visit and spend a day riding a horse and helping herd the cows. They look like they are living a great clean life out there.
