I absolutely loved the ambiance. It's a very beautiful place. Lots of space. Great for large groups and family gatherings. I also enjoyed the drive up from San Juan.
The service was also super. Very friendly and attentive.
The food is where I was a let down. My favorite things were my son's cheeseburger empanada, the fries, and the longaniza. The coconut sundae was also very good. The cocktails were also tasty and refreshing. I had the Paloma and the Ultima Palabra. Unfortunately the main dishes were disappointing. I ordered the lamb. It was very dry. It came with wild rice, but the rice was toasted and puffy. I wasn't expecting that. It didn't help counter the dry lamb. My husband's rabbit ragú was also dry. Also dry was the mango shortcake.
The menu is seasonal. I might come back because it's very beautiful. Hopefully the food will be better. read more
