Just because your call isn't returned immediately does not mean the message hasn't been delivered, maybe it means they are busy taking care of other patients. Maybe it means they are having to prioritize what needs to be done. I've been in the waiting room when the phones are ringing off the hook and people are coming and going - it most definitely looks overwhelming to me! Linda at the front is always warm and welcoming! Yes, we do have to leave a message when calling, however I never have to wait long for a return call. I combed through doctors when first moving to Brighton in 2006 and found Owl Creek after many failed dr visits. Most in the area cycle through doctors, there is no sense of long term . With Owl Creek, I feel a true vested interest in my families health and well being. Dr. Johnson and staff puts families first! I truly appreciate Owl Creek for the sense of knowing when I call and schedule an appointment I know my children, husband, and I are in good caring hands!

As a truck driver, my husbands schedule is challenging, but he always called in plenty of time to let them know he wouldn't be there. Sometimes things came up he had no control over. Doctors of all people should understand that things could happen and you have no control over them. Dr Johnson if you're reading this, I just want you to know that your actions are unkind and unloving.
