The problem I have is with the…read moreshady practices they use when locking people into sales then including hidden installation fees. My wife went to them for a hair color and extentions. She was told she would need to put 660 dollars down for the treatment then for the extentions and then they would be installed the next week. We asked if there would be any extra charge for installation, and didn't receive word back nor did they say anything before they talked me into the appointment for her. A few days after the stylist got the extentions she then told us that it would be 120 dollars for her to install them on top of it.. I have done contracting and have run many of my own sales and estimates, and never has it been okay to get someone to make a major purchase of hundreds of dollars. Then later on hit them with hidden fees of hundreds more since they are already locked in for a large amount. That is incredibly disingenuous ​and an amazing way to loose customers instead of having repeat clients. There is no reason to not tell the total cost up front, if the client doesn't want to pay that. Oh well, someone will probably, there is no reason to hold back hundreds of dollars of extra fees for installation when you can just be up front about it just so you can lock in a sale.. thats bad business, and they have definitely lost mine.

Fran is a wizard when it comes to hair color, and she is a gifted stylist as well. This past summer I got a lot of compliments on her work turning me from mousy brown to blonde, complete with natural-looking lowlights and an easy-care cut. She also does brows and other aesthetics. Prices are reasonable. I brought my mom in from out of state and to this day she still regrets not living closer to get her hair done by Fran regularly. It grew out awesome and I never even needed a re-shape in between. Sooo, admittedly most of my cuts have been when I have had long hair...which for me is the hardest for a stylist to get right. Chi Wah honestly has been the only one who looks at my face and balances the length of the layers to the shape of my jawline, cheekbones, and amount AND texture of my natural hair. She TRULY gives a custom cut!
