The experience was just a big waste of time. Yes I did complain when I got the pictures but just got the round. Because the staff like said earlier has no idea what they're doing. I've called upper management I'm just waiting for them to do something. Here see for yourself. Red lines in photo and somebody's finger print. They wanted to wait for a few hours or come back the next day...this is crazy!!! And it's pre paid. Oh I forgot that I had to come back the next day just to get this crap.

Nojae is a one-of-a-kind photographer. He took some of the most incredible photos of my family…read moreduring a photo shoot at the Library of Congress this morning. I was amazed to see the intimate moments he was able to capture through his lens. Over the course of an hour, he led us through several parts of the Jefferson building, knowing exactly where to take the best shots. This was not easy with my elderly parents in tow and my not-yet-2-year-old son running around. He was incredibly patient with all of us, and gently directed us when we had no idea what to do or where to stand.
