We wanted to take the time to let you know how happy we are with the amazing work the team did and the excellent customer service we received. The project was fairly extensive; including replacing and extending the existing patio, renovating our pond and water feature, upgrading the retaining wall, screening our hot tub and adding outdoor lighting. From start to finish we really felt that you and your team provided excellent service. You presented us with a clear timeline and budget for the project and this was exactly what was delivered. Throughout the process, we felt that everyone remained very responsive, open to our questions and flexible with minor changes. The project finished on time and the quality of work was really great. We are very excited about the results and cannot wait to begin putting the area to use this summer with friends and family. Thank you to you and your awesome team and we will certainly spread the positive word about your company.

Cody suggested a Skylift Riser for the patio overhang to fix the pooling problem and so I would never encounter a future issue with my roof. Prior to starting the project, they tarped over the area of concern with my roof until the weather improved to begin the project. Cody was super professional, walked me through options every step of the way, and gave practical/helpful advice. He went well beyond just replacing my roof and improving its integrity. He recommended trusted contractors to repair my damaged siding and repaint. I cannot recommend James Roofing enough. Also, price-wise James Roofing was super competitive.

Cody Schneider and his crew delivered on ALL aspects of the project. They began work on the day promised, cleaned up each day, respectfully responded to our questions, made helpful suggestions, and were flexible about adding extra work to our contract that we requested (for reasonable charges). Frankly, it was nerve wracking to choose a roofing contractor for such a big investment but fortunately we picked the perfect one.

Obviously the water froze and broke several lines. After several phone calls and promises to come out with an irrigation service person, no one ever showed up or called back. Since there was no stated "warranty" on the work, I have no recourse but to hire someone else to fix this. As I've unfortunately read too late in many of these other reviews, this seems to be common.

We asked for hardscaping ideas and they had nothing to offer. Our Rainbird irrigation system leaves bone dry patches and flooded areas so plants die. Aspen Creek replanted the same plants only to die again. We have waited a year for the final design plan and plant list that has never come despite continued promises. Our sod is dying because the soil grade isn't correct. If you want good customer service, timely follow and clear communication, consider other landscaping companies. For what we paid, I would expect far better treatment. We have reached out many, many times, even trying to reach this business owner.

This guy is not only good at what he does, but he provides excellent service on top of it. I had a property that needed immediate help in clearing items out. Since I don't live in the area, time is of the essence for me when trying to get things done. I had looked up Junk Busters on Yelp and they were my first phone call. Within 15 minutes, Lucas called me back to get an assessment of the situation. After texting and emailing some initial photos, he was able to give me an immediate quote. It wasn't the cheapest quote but certainly not the most expensive either. The other services who charged less, also told me it would take them longer (several days) to do the job that he noted he could do in a day. For a per hour job, it was $45 + $15 day for gas. Dump fees would be paid by me but the hourly rate included his truck, tools, and his labor, all of which is accompanied by an 8 hour minimum. What's more impressive is that he was in the middle of a haul when he was consulting with me; talk about multi-tasking. He came over the next day and like a New Yorker, he kept it super real with me. He gave me advice on getting rid of certain items and was extremely kind throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to hit up Lucas again to clear out a place and would recommend his services to anyone.

We moved into the house a year ago and had pretty much done nothing to maintain the landscaping that had been done prior to the sale, so you can imagine the state it was in. We were pretty overwhelmed by it all so reached out to Junk Busters because of their amazing reviews. Lucas offered to come the next day and give us a free estimate, walking through everything we'd want done and giving us a very fair price estimate right away. It took us a few weeks to sort out the right time to do it but Lucas was always willing to answer any questions that came up (like: "how much would it be if we did this and didn't do this" type questions all of us non-millionaires end up having). Long story short, we hired him and we are SO glad we did! He communicated professionally and clearly, always arrived on time, and his work was phenomenal - thorough and with obvious attention to detail. We love our home and we could see he knew and respected that, treating our property like he would his own. In the end, Junk Busters helped us with: weeding, landscaping front and back yards, laying bark/land leveling, junk hauling, and ultimately restoring our sanity. We highly recommend Junk Busters!
