Went to visit here with my Husband, the volunteers in the stadium were very helpful, fun to chat with, and overall showed great hospitality. If you're in the area and don't see "The Blue", you are missing out. Football fan or not, it's definitely worth the visit

Great stadium holds tons of people the staff is ways great and it's always fun to catch a game and relax. Food is pricey but still good over can't complain with anything but if you like BSU you'll find your self here more often then not.

The blue turf was pretty cool to see, the stadium & hall of fame were very impressive.

Seating appears to have visibility in every direction. We attended our daughter's high school graduation here and I was pleasantly surprised at the ease and efficiency of security and entrance. I was very disappointed by the lack of ushers once inside. Once I found one and confirmed how the seating worked, it became very apparent that it was first come first served. Because it was a graduation seating did matter because the stage was small and it was up against one side of the arena. The best seating was on the floor near the aisles or in the very front. Because it was floor seating visibility was difficult if you were seated several rows back. Fortunately, the screen projected the people on the stage so that solved some of the visibility issues. Overall people filtered into and out of the arena in an orderly fashion. Once outside, that courtyard was very congested. We made our way to the edges and had some breathing space. For very large schools of 400+ students this was a sound choice for graduation.

Small enough, yet big enough. Expect to pay larger prices for adult beverages when they are served and food is concessions food. I look at it like this, I go to the fair for fair food, I go to sports events for sports food. People have always been friendly and helpful to locate a seat or to get a question answered. The security screening is hit or miss. It either flies or it drags but they do their best to keep safety their priority. If you get there right at concert or game time, plan to wait in line for a bit. Accessible seating, elevators, and handicap parking. I am not sure what happens when the accessible parking is taken because I know it is limited. Seating is tight so embrace your seat neighbor and have fun. The ticket booth is the only place I get the most frustrated. There is usually not many windows open so that line can be long especially if you are picking up at will call or don't have an e-ticket, which is silly in general that not every ticket has the e-ticket option. I have been to several lady basketball games where they under estimate the attendance and they have one window open AND the online tickets don't have e-entrance options. Peculiar but there must be a reason. Have no fear about the masses of people and exiting when the events are over. They have it down to a science. Between the cops directing one way traffic and the parking lot. The hard part is watching for pedestrians as you exit the parking lot. Be safe! We are so lucky to have this venue in Boise.

My wife and I have only been in the Treasure Valley for a little over a year. Our neighbor and…read morefriend invited us to a Hawk game and now we've been to two with them. PROS: It's a small, I believe 3500 seat stadium, so you're up close and personal to the players and game. Only seats down first and third, and behind the plate. Concessions are nice, with places to get food, apparel, and beer. I'm partial to IPA beer, so I go to the artificial grassy area near right field, where the bartenders always seem nice. Prices are reasonable. The seats are reasonably comfortable. Tickets are very affordable. Family oriented, and we've seen little league teams and young folks having a good time. Parking is free. CONS: The parking lot is not paved or marked. I highly advise you to park far enough away from the park so as not to have your car damaged by a foul ball. Pavement inside the park is uneven. Restrooms are not nice or particularly clean. In summary, I've enjoyed my time at Memorial Stadium for the two Hawk games I've attended.

As near as I can tell, it basically breaks down to $6 sunny (First base) side , $10 evening shade (home plate and 3rd base). No food or drinks allowed inside and ballpark snacks are major league prices, $2.50 for a bottle of water, $4.50 for an ice cream, etc. Playing level was inconsistent. We saw them against the SF Giants minor league team and they were way down, then caught up, then down again. The loud cow mooing just beyond the outfield fence gave new meaning to the term "farm team." Their Hawk mascot did a great job of making it around to all the stands to say hi to pretty much every kid in the place. There is also a kids play area on the far 1B side and what looked like a beer garden on the 3B side. All in all a fun night out for the family, even if it was stinkin' hot. When the bugs came out at 10:00pm we bailed a bit early to get our Dairy Queen on.
