If you like pharmacy staff lying and leaving out information when dealing with them than this is…read moreyour pharmacy. If you can't call someone to let them know their medication is done then don't say you can and take their information down. If you have a backlog of patients waiting on the same medication don't say it will be ready the next day. If you like to just be told to go to Walmart instead because you called twice in one day to see if your medicine was done than this is the perfect place. All they had to do was be honest. Please come in and fill out new patient info so we can call you, that medication has several patients waiting and it may be a while before we have yours. Seriously. This is crap customer service at its absolute best. Patients are people and we deserve honesty, competency and communication.

I was so impressed by the whole staff from the young man at desk to the Nurse and doctor and the…read morelady that came in to do that cat scan. We went to TMC 1st around 10:00 Monday night and at almost midnight still had not had anything done but basic questions and a urine sample. At with room FULL and a staff that was had the attitude I am just here for a check. We as well as a couple others gave up and left. After the 2 hours we were told it could be at least 6 to 8 more hours before they would see us. So my wife decided to call here and was told no wait come on in. So we got there very nice place very clean. It was just a matter of a few minutes from filling out the paperwork they got us to the back and Ray Lynn took great care of my wife. And then doctor Blake came in very professional and nice. Even with all that was done we were there only about 2 1/2 hours. They did find she had a kidney stone got her on some antibiotics and something to help with the pain. Got us on our way and back home before we would have not yet even been seen at TMC.

I will not be coming back here ANYMORE. They didn't take me seriously at all. They gave me a…read moresteroid shot and took X-rays. One thing that made me decide to not come ever to this ER is that the nurses asked me if I was trying to be pregnant or if I could be and I told her yes to both and told her everything I have done at home to figure it out and still didn't care and just took the pictures. Yes I know they are not obgyns but at that point you would think they would have tested me through blood testing before taking X-rays on me. MIND BLOWING HONESTLY

I see the review from a year ago. To that - I'll say if you…read morehave a specialty or highly demanded drug, or one that can never wait, use a box pharmacy & save yourself the hassle so that you never have to wait for a supply & have extended hours. We have to use common sense unfortunately. Now - I had the best service ever after just getting conflicting info at CVS with no explanation. I'm trying to get care for my child from 50 miles away & the ladies helping me even offered to have my family stay in the car to ensure safety & comfort. Thankfully it didn't apply, but the fact they offered is great! They were very helpful & accommodating, made sure they had the Rx before my mom was about to drive up, & explained everything to expect. You'll never get that level of personal care from a box store. Brand name stores come in handy when you need flexibility but you can't ever beat the places like this for reliability

This pharmacy has no compassion for its customers. My daughter's nurse called last Monday to get a…read morerefill, and she was placed on hold several times and then told, "She doesn't have any," and they hung up on her. Her nurse spent hours on the phone this past week with them. It was a constant fight, because they are completely incompetent and lazy. My daughter is on risperidone, and must have it to calm her anxiety. She has special needs and is non verbal, so she's unable to communicate her needs to us, and she gets very overwhelmed trying to express herself. To see her so distraught because of THEIR mistake broke my heart. This wasn't a medicine that can be started and stopped without some serious discomfort. They claimed to have called the doctor's office, and did not. They claimed oh, we have everything we need now, and still three days later, no medicine (and now that CVS needs a copy they don't have it...). My daughter can't stand up for herself, so I'm here to let you know, do NOT waste your time with them.

Now that my husband is on my insurance I made him a customer too today. He takes insulin and it was always so expensive ($300+ per month) until now! We pulled up to the drive thru and asked for his prescriptions. We anticipated it would be $100+. The clerk, Kathy came back and said $20.68. Chris and I both started to cry with our mouths wide open! She said, what's wrong, no ma'am these are happy tears! The pharmacist came to the window and said they (took it upon themselves) found a coupon for $90+ off and applied it to his insulin (for multiple uses). We were floored with this personal care! Thank you to this AmAzInG Team and Pharmacy for their care! We Love y'all!

I have not found 1 pharmacy in Sherman that is this friendly or reliable. Always got hassled about refills. They lie about the prices. They told my wife her meds were going to cost over 200 dollars with insurance. She called the ins company and they said it was 25.00.
