Stopped by here last night since we had a bunch of errands to run after stopping at the Sahara West Library (something was due). It was dark and there was a special moon when we stopped here. Not many cars in the parking lot. That's good. I rely heavily on the APP. I clipped all of my coupons. I found the pepper, the onion, the frozen vegetables, and the cheese. Produce Department is to the far right of the store. I just couldn't find everything. I couldn't find the tofu. Maybe it was near the other frozen food aisles, like the cheese. It's funny how something throws you off and you're left wandering the store. (I still have a few days, though.) Went to the self-checkout. I was getting nervous because this isn't our regular Albertsons store, so I saw some suspicious looking people (*it's just odd when people are wearing hoodies when it is very warm*). I was getting cash back. I just normally do not carry any cash. I just had my guard up. But no harm, no foul. Better to be aware of your surroundings at all times. It wasn't just me, it was me and my son. I was glad that we got almost everything we needed. But we missed the pretty moon! read more

Have been coming here to buy a money order monthly to pay my assessment. Today I was told by a Clerk SHERRIE that I would have to wait 8 minutes because JULIAN D. Was on his break. Ok umm are you serious I'm thinking to myself but I'm patient cause it would take me just as long to find another place. I gotta say though if I come to the deli or for hot food would you tell me "no you have to wait because so and so are on their break". Ok 8 minutes goes by and I ask to speak to a manager. JOEY F. The "Key manager" comes over and I tell him and he says "just a couple more minutes". Umm ok so now we're pushing 10-11 minutes. I explain to Joey that' I'm busy on my only day off running errands and I shouldn't have to wait to do business. He just smiled and smirked. He didn't care. Finally after 15 minutes I didn't have Julian strolls in and I'm able to get taken care of. Okee doke I can take a hint. Probably the dumbest people in this area code. Trying to get them to ring up refilled water and some reason they couldn't understand what this meant trying to charge me 40$ and the 20$ . The lack of basic comprehension in these people is crazy as one could clearly see the water primo bottle refilled so one would put two and two together and know I was talking about a water refill. I frequented Albertsons on Sahara/Fort Apache faithfully, and I spent over $300 weekly. My daughter sent me a beautiful blue & white Bday outfit from Illinois that I wore on April 24, 2024. After shopping, I fell backwards into the red Handicap curb. I hit my head, hurt my right arm and leg. It was a tight squeeze due to the car on my right that parked over my line. My sister was with me, and took me to Care Now, who xrayed both my right arm & leg. They did not have a Catscan for my head, but they wrapped my arm in a sling, and they gave me crutches for my right knee. I had suffered very severe headache's for about a week. I woke up about the 7th day. My husband saw my twisted face, and he drove me to Summerlin Hospital & admitted for a stroke. I was there 4 days, then I was sent to a Rehab Ctr for a week of P.T. & O.T. I required A Home health R.N. P.T. and a Psych for trauma. I also required a worker to help me bathe, they cleaned my home, a d did my shopping for me. So I called Corporate over 25 times, and left messages, but no one returned any of my calls since April 2024. I still have not received a apology, nor did they care about replacing my new outfit that my daughter purchased. All Albertsons want is the money. They Don't care about their faithful customers. If no one calls me, I will continue to be back, just like the Terminator! I'll just continue to leave these kind of reviews until I speak to someone. This place used to be really nice until they got two new managers and now this place is literally gone to crap. I even hear when I'm shopping through the stores the employees talking about how terrible it is to work there and how terrible the managers are. I literally feel bad for these employees and the managers are literally rude like I've literally heard them talk to customers and they've been like that with me too. If you're the manager, that's reading this you guys need to check yourselves. Also none of the coupons ever work through the app even if you scanned them, you guys can never get that right read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This morning around 9:00 a.m., I had a horrific experience at this particular Albertsons location. I was shopping, specifically looking for ground chicken, when I noticed the butcher/clerk restocking the department. As I reached for a package of ground chicken, I was appalled to find dead flies inside the packages and on the shelving beneath them. The employee had already passed the ground chicken section and was restocking other products further down the aisle. I immediately went to the counter to inform another employee about the issue. He walked over, glanced at the display, and seemed completely unbothered by what I pointed out. After finally acknowledging the dead flies, he grabbed one of the contaminated packages and showed it to the other employee. He assured me it would be taken care of, but I stood and waited, and nobody came to clean the area. The initial employee just walked past the disgusting meat display without any sense of urgency or concern. I left without purchasing any ground chicken. This was early in the day, and one would think cleanliness and sanitation would be a priority, especially in a meat department. I saw no evidence that this area was being cleaned daily, which is alarming given the health risks involved. I've attached photos of the flies, although I was unable to capture the fly that was on the package itself. My disgust with this situation cannot be overstated. Insects around raw meat are a serious health violation. The employees' lack of urgency in addressing this issue indicates improper training, which reflects poorly on the management of this establishment. If the roles were reversed, do you think these employees would purchase meat from a display riddled with dead bugs? Absolutely not. This incident shows a blatant disregard for customer health and safety. In today's economy, every penny counts, and I refuse to spend my hard-earned money at a place that doesn't prioritize customer service or sanitation. This is Health and Safety 101. If the health department saw this, they would undoubtedly take action. Why should it take an official inspection for this location to meet basic cleanliness standards? This should be a given at all times. This experience was beyond gross. I will not be returning to this Albertsons, and I urge others to think twice before shopping here. Spend your money where customers and cleanliness are valued. This is completely unacceptable. read more

I tried to purchase 4 pieces of meat from the 4 for $19.99 bin. They did not ring up properly but rather their individual prices. To make it worse the person at the self check out took one of the meats claiming it was not in the bin, that it was for families only, and then showed me a photo of a $19.99 bin from some other place. That person then decided what I could or could not purchase. The register also rung up the Mac & cheese listed on the shelf at .99 cents as $1.99. Really really poor customer service and experience. My advice shop elsewhere like the one in Charleston in Summerlin or some other store. This location is terrible and crooked! read more

I went to this Albertsons for the first time at this location. I normally don't shop at Albertsons, but I've been to a few other locations before. I'm more of a Smiths shopper. The only reason I went into this Albertsons cause I happened to be in the area. I had an Albertsons gift card from my job. They gave us gift cards as a reward for our hard work at the job. I needed to use it. I didn't want to waste it. It only had twenty dollars on it. This Albertsons.. wow... was very clean and well-kept. It wasn't busy at all. I felt like I was in another world. LOL It was very clean. Very spacious. Shelves items were neatly stocked. People there kept to themselves. I liked the vibe a lot, even though I was uncomfortable. That was my first time in this location. I didn't like the prices on certain items. There were a few good deals on certain items. But I can get way better prices at Smiths. read more

This five-star review is well deserved for Brad in the bakery department!!! This morning, I'm running to Albertson's to get a Birthday cake for my boss. We all know how stressful that can be. Of course not only picking out the cakes is stressful, I'm running late!! Brad was so helpful. Brad explained all the cakes. He was able to have something written on it for me as well. Brad even came out with a few little decorations to add to the cake! He rocked!!! Thank you again, Brad, for your time and assistance! No cashiers!! Had to do a large order at self check. I told the manager on duty I don't like to check out my own groceries and bag them and carry them out. Asked where are your cashiers. She just said "sorry". And their "digital coupons" are a royal pain in the ass!! Really a bait and switch unless you want to spend 1/2 hour trying to snap photos of products "on sale". Little more pricey but they have certain items I didn't find in other stores (e.g. activia light). Great Albertsons location in the Lakes/Peccole Ranch area. They carry the most kosher foods of any location I've ever been to which is interesting. This was our weekly grocery stop for years. Great clearance prices and clean store. It's definitely fallen by the way side. The managers and cashiers are not friendly and the lines are worse than any other grocery store on the west side. Masks not work properly by employees will keep us from this location for a bit. I have spend about $130 today grocery. I did buy their shopping bag they were selling at register. I bought 5 of them . Bcz lady at register recommended to get 5 to fits all my grocery. After Iv paid . She did not want to put my grocery to the bags I did purchase at register. She said it's against store rule. She have me put all my grocery to bag . Line started get long . Bcz she could not ring another person I until I finish putting my grocery to the bags I purchased. I ended up using only 3 of them . She said " oh you can use them , it's good bag." 1st of all , all other grocery store do put stuff in the bag for me if the bag was purchased at store ( at the register) 2nd . I typically love coming to this store but recently I've noticed a bit of an issue when purchasing liquor. Today I stood for quite a while after pressing the assistance button for the liquor cabinet, I waited until the alert even stopped pinging throughout the store, I tried pressing again to no avail and this is not the first time I've had this issue. I've been intending to make vodka sauce for my pasta as I do but had to settle for none as no one came to my aid. If you're going to keep everything locked up I understand that but be sure to have an attendant to unlock it. As I understand even the locks are complicated which takes up everyone's time and is frustrating too. Please look into this. read more

OMG!! This is only my second visit at this store and I already hate it. I was there around 1 o'clock this afternoon and there was one cashier open. she was literally laying on top of her counter going to this lady's phone, it was cashier #4 , I stood there 10 minutes in line in disbelief and finally the person in front of me looked at me also in disbelief and we moved on to the self check out. The heavyset Latina lady/cashier was completely oblivious to what was going on... nor did she care about anyone else in line trying to check out. This AM, the cashier (a slim, very slow moving African American female whose name starts with an S) told me to go to the carousel and put my bags in my cart by myself. She was also unpleasant about it. I am retired, a senior citizen, but I never filled out a job application to work for Albertsons so I was not happy about the way she spoke to me or the fact there were no baggers doing what they should be doing (though I did see a couple wandering around the store). I frequent this store several times a week primarily for their excellent kosher deli and sandwiches. I'm also having a wild, passionate love affair with Amish Country Roll Butter they sell which is salted. It comes from Missoula, MT. They also have a French salted butter I'm crushing on. They finally remodeled the store. They finally have an app so you can get gas points from shopping there or at Von's since they are now owned by Safeway. The only friendly employee is the checker who is Hawaiian or Polynesian. He's always a sweetheart. They have about half the store stocked with kosher food including frozen foods which makes me giddy. Conversation with other customers is always entertaining. This could be the best grocery store in Vegas if they patterned themselves after Glacier's in selections. There are only a few things I buy here since regular items are pricey. I'm a fan but this store has so much potential. I wish the manager was motivated to make it as good as it could be. I hate that they close at midnight it should be open 24/7. Also, kosher sandwiches and sushi aren't available until after 10:00 a.m. I like to eat clean so I'd love to be able to shop in the morning and grab a healthy lunch. read more

From 2/3/16 Happen to be in the area for some errands and decided to do some food shopping at Albertsons. I've heard it was a good supermarket just a bit pricier, and I'll have to agree with what I heard it is nice, and maybe a dollar or two more depending on what you're buying. Also, there is a mini casino inside of this supermarket for your gambling convenience. They have a good variety of everything and a huge Kosher section which is awesome! Being from NYC, my mom generally bought Kosher products depending on certain recipes, so now I know where to go if I ever needed to pick up said items. read more

A worker named Michael was very rude to my daughter and I yesterday as we were standing in front of the money center/customer service waiting for assistance. After cashing out, a cashier called assistance for us over to the money service side. We waited a little bit, not a problem at all, there was also another lady that was in line behind us. When he finally came, he said no words, looks to have an attitude, grabs a closed register sign, looks at us and looks at the sign, basically saying he's closed. I wasn't happy about his attitude to begin with so I tell him we need help and then he starts fkn laughing. I wasn't in (his) mood of giving attitude then being friendly! That's weird. But wait he helps the lady behind us first, and says he'll help us right after.... Sad ass customer service! We left didn't want his help when all we had was a question about check cashing which the cashier didn't know so sent us there. If the company sees this, he's rude and comes off as if he's intimidating, no thanks the next time my husband will come in to deal with his disgusting attitude. This is not my favorite store. I prefer the Albertsons located on West charleston and town center area. This store's customer service needs much improvement. Their cashiers need to be retrained on being more helpful, especially with petite senior citizen's that need help in loading their bags of grocery's into their shopping cart after being rung up. The cashier left about 8 bags of my grocery on top of her aisle. I had to reach over and pick up heavy bags ( to put in my cart) with no help and she never turned her conveyer on to move the bags to the front. She started helping another customer while I was struggling to get my bags. I asked her if someone could help me and her reply was, I would have to wait. She was not helpful, uncaring attitude.
