The Camp - Natchez, Mississippi…read more We were in Natchez for the weekend and decided to give The Camp a try for dinner--and it did not disappoint! We ordered the Camp Nachos, Pig in a Pancho, and Smoke 'Em If You Got 'Em, then finished it off with the Bread Pud'n for dessert. Everything was absolutely amazing, and the service was great from start to finish. The Camp Nachos were hands down the best pulled pork nachos we have ever had. The food was so good that we actually went back the very next day for lunch! Great food, great service, and a laid-back atmosphere right on the banks of the Mississippi River. If you're visiting Natchez, **The Camp is definitely worth a stop--or two.

Ordered a chicken fajita, which should be hard to mess up. Rice and beans tasted ok, not great but not horrible. Portion was decent. The chicken was cut into very thin slices. I was so overcooked that it was like chewing cardboard. I don't understand how anyone can cook chicken to this point. Dry and tough doesn't begin to describe it. I took 1 piece of chicken and tried to tear it up with my finger and it was hard to do. It was the texture of jerky. If I didn't live 30 minutes away I would have returned it. It was the only thing wrong with my meal but it was literally inedible. I don't think I'll be back
