Outcome from court: Judge decided the amount to pay 191 something plus 1.5 percent as this was a reasonable price. Servpro management teams final words to me were f****g a*****le for commenting that I knew I was right about him over charging me, at least this issue is settled. I hope they will think twice before ripping someone off next time. I have learned from this situation always make sure you know the company that you are dealing with, to ask more questions always get exact costs in writing so you can avoid dishonesty or misunderstandings I know I will. I sent this company to a client and was charged 530$ to come into a home and just give a quote (never once did they let me know How much. If they told me it was going to be 530$ For them to look over the flood I would of declined them to look over my clients home. This occurred on a Tuesday at 930am NOT AFTER HOURS (which is what the email said). They were in the home for 20-40 mins as per owner of the house. They never gave us a price at all before giving us a bill for 530$. Worst part is that they sent us a court date because we refused to pay the unreasonable price to provide a quote. They we're charging 530$ for a quote with out telling me costs, does that sound fair?. If anyone else is in this situation with this company please speak up. Not fair in my opinion. I just received the court documents from them a week ago I'll add a update when we finish our court appearance on the outcome......

They were on time and very thorough in their walk-through to assess the damage. They asked us exactly what happened and anything that we noticed of where water came through the ceiling and walls. After taking some measurements they got started with the demolition. I was very impressed with their work and how clean it was. My wife and I cleared anything out of the way that we could to give them room to work. They meticulously went room-by-room, cleaning up their mess as they went. After almost an entire day's work they started the fans an dehumidifiers. A couple of days later they came back with their meters to see if everything was dry. It wasn't quite, but returned the next day to test again and remove their equipment. Overall a great experience during a time of frustration.
