The appointment would've taken maybe 15 minutes at most. I had to reschedule for an in-person appointment with an assistant because my doctor isn't available for another month. This is on top of my doctor taking weeks to get back to me about some lab work I sent in that I had done recently from a different doctor. They say they will follow up on MyChart within 3 business days. I had to message them and call over multiple days before my doctor responded. Last but not least, I hate having to deal with the front desk person (always after a very long hold). He's hard to understand and it's not an accent thing, it's like he just DGAF, is miserable at his job, and makes 0 effort to enunciate any word. If they at least had a warm and kind human to talk to, maybe I could put up with the other bullshit, but this place is a jackpot of horrors. I'm switching to a different PCP elsewhere.

Even after I called my insurance and facilitated what the mistake was and they promised to fix it. Then I was going to be out of the country. Asked them if I should pay this or if they will try to get it resolved. They said: Don't worry, we will put a note you will be out of the country. While I was gone my husband gets the bill that says Pay now or else.. Horrible customer service and they cannot bill correctly. I wasted my money and time. They did not help either for what these two appointments were.
