I had had recently gotten engaged and was over the moon! Bride brain took over and all of the perfect details of my special day starting zooming in my mind: My dream man, my dress, my hair, my make up, my smile.... wait. My smile was NOT something I was going to be proud of and look back on my photos with a happy heart. I had crowding on my bottom teeth. This was always something I wanted to address, but had never gotten around to. Well, that ring on my finger was the perfect fuel to the fire to do something about it! I scheduled a consultation to see if I would be a good candidate for Invisalign and alas, I was. My treatment was 36 weeks. As Dr. Narula will advise during the consultation the treatment will only work as well and as hard as the patient does. You must do exactly as she advises and what the Invisalign protocol asks for you. That's the trade off for having removable braces, but you have to do exactly as it asks of you and be diligent with the process. PS: If you don't already own a water pick flosser or a sonicare Invisalign & mouth guard cleaning device these are necessary investments for your own oral hygiene during this process. I didn't know it until my treatment process, but the back of some of my teeth have a rounded shape. This made it especially difficult for some of my attachments to keep hold and some of them came off a few times. This didn't ever frustrate or turn the team off to making sure I got the results they knew I could achieve. They were so patient and understanding with me each time I had to come back in and they made me feel so comfortable and truly cared for. The treatment concluded JUST in the knick of time for my wedding and I will be the bride I always dreamed of being with my new and beautiful smile that I am so happy, confident and thrilled with! No kidding I had other consultations that were falling through with other Orthodontists. I knew the moment I saw Dr. Narula's photos that she was the Orthodontist for me. It was something about her energy. I stopped trying to reschedule with the others and kept my appointment with her. And here we are. One of the best decisions of my adult life and I am living proof that these treatments work beautifully! Another amazing side effect that I didn't expect from the Invisalign is how much my jaw moved. It has made my face so much more symmetrical. My jaw moved forward a bit which made my face shape change. I had a friend who hadn't seen me in over a year ask me if I had plastic surgery done to my face because my jaw looks more pronounced and my lips. Nope, just my jaw moving as my smile was corrected! So, I took my daughter for a second opinion. The other facility disagreed with Mr Alexander assessment, stating child still has stating 1/2 baby teeth. Patient Keep in mind - this is a business. They make money selling braces. They can't stay in business without selling braces.

I called the office in the late afternoon and they made time to fit me in at 9am the next morning. The front desk team and dental assistants were both friendly and helpful, and Dr. Elraheb did a thorough job explaining how the repair was going to work, and the various steps he was taking, including offering me different options for anesthetic if I was uncomfortable at any point. I came back today, a month later and all I wanted was a basic cleaning, and my cavity filled. First the price for the cavity went from$53 on the first quote, to $97 today. Her reasoning was that "they under quote in the beginning, and then see what insurance says". Right. Got it. THEN They refused to give me a basic standard insurance covered cleaning, because the dentist recommended a deep pocket cleaning and a laser treatment( not covered by insurance..) It was going to be $497 for a cleaning and a filling. Nope. Don't go here. Beware of shady practices.
