Horrible! The AC in the room doesn't work. Called reception and was told "it's turned off because it's cold outside, you need to open the window" this hotel is in the middle of town, the busiest corner!!! It's super loud outside all night, also for the outside air to come in the room the curtain needs to stay open. So it's hot, loud, and bright in the room. This leaves only one difference between me and the homeless dude sleeping in the park bench outside: I HAD TO PAY to NOT sleep at all. I will be getting a FULL refund for this S show of a hotel.... read more
