A Great company to work with. All the staff and agents there are as good as they come. Very Friendly and most helpful. We rented prior to purchasing a house and the Rental Dept. there was the best. No problems. When we needed repairs, they were on the spot. And the buying process couldn't have been any better. I would recommend this company very highly. read more

Am looking for rental properties between the $750-$1000/mo range and they had a couple decent looking ones. The unit itself I looked at seemed well maintained, in a nice area, and fairly priced, but the staff are so rude I decided to look elsewhere. I was talked to condescendingly and felt like I completely ruined their day by trying to do business with them. I tried to bring an issue I had with a front door using the key they gave me, just as a courtesy to let them know. I was told "Well I guess you don't know how to open doors because it worked fine for me". Absolutely unacceptable. If this is how they treat potential revenue generators, I can't imagine how they treat their tenants. read more

Too bad you can't give a zero star rating! These people are CROOKS! We paid our lease out 2 month ahead of time and left the house immaculately clean when we moved out of state. We received a letter in the Mail that they would keep the majority of our deposit for "cleaning and repairs." Not to mention that the man that came out to inspect the house after we had moved out was a complete JERK! NEVER EVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! read more

Great Realty company! We are a military family moving into town and they worked with us every step of the way. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Even when we decided to live on base they were still extremely helpful. I would suggest them to anyone looking for a place. read more

This by far the worst place to work for. I tried to work for them for a year and within that year…read morewe went thru 4 office teams and 3 maintenance teams. Regional Lisa will make anything that goes on anyone faults but hers. she's racist to her own people and very unprofessional. I decided to just leave and go work right next door where the property is taken care of and affordable and where the residents matters. Princeton place has people paying lights and water at they units and maybe they neighbors unit because the units are connected. I knw for sure 1204 water is connected 1224 cause I did work in it and when I turned the water off to unit 1204 and cut the pipe the water went everywhere so I cut the water off to 1224 and it turned the water off for 1204.
