It is important that your realtor broker is knowledgeable and professional. I was fortunate to find an excellent broker who had infinite knowledge in working with a first time buyer. My level of anxiety subsided as she guided me through the complexities of the process including lender info that you will have to provide. She held my hand from the beginning up to the closing. I would have to finally state that Mrs. Thomas who is the owner and realtor broker at Frison Realty & Construction Co. The apartments are a little outdated because they were built in the 70's and the pool doesn't stay clean all summer but overall its a great place to start out in or at least stop in for a year while you're looking for something better. There are tons of kids here and almost everybody has a dog of some sort so if you can get past that you should be good. I recommend it, not for long term, but at least passing through.

I didn't interact with the management much at all, except for signing the lease. They seem like perfectly fine people, and the apartments are in good shape. They also have a cockroach guy come around and spray at the beginning of each month, I think. You do have the huge tree ones come out and die in the middle of the floor at night, but other than that, no bugs.

Getting the trailer and the set up and move in was absolutely ridiculous. I have never seen an outfit so out of sorts , from the fact of not being to obtain permits, to getting the home moved to having workers for all the aspects of the build. The fact that they do not have a separate department to handle the things that should have been handled in a timely manner. Instead we have been months waiting for them to get their act together and doing all their leg work for them. I would suggest checking with the trailer sales center to make sure that they have a Contractors licence as to speed up the process of obtaining permits and workers to speed the process.
