Even their grocery section is small. May seem big to people who have never seen a Super Target, but again, they could totally offer more. Interactions with employees can be hit or miss. Some of them are really professional, while others yell at each other and blurt out their entire business. I will give props to their pick-up employees. They were quickly even when they are busy. The store itself is fairly clean. But again, you cannot expect much from this location simply because it's Albany.

I thought TJ Max was empty, no this store is empty. Whole shelves with nothing on them, only one pillow left in the whole store. Only one cashier was working and the line was long so i decided I did not need pillows that bad. For a hot spot for Covid you would think that these popular stores in our area would do better. There are lots of redneck anti-maskers on the loose in here because they do not enforce the mask requirement. Also, a lot of the employees wear masks below their nose. The employee who helped us checkout was very ghetto and slow. A lot of the merchandise in the store are very damaged. Example: Beat up cardboard boxes, 3 pack missing 1, etc. Overall, I do not recommend this Sams Club but sadly it's the only option in Albany

It could be a bit more organized in the home decor and beauty aisle (the beauty items that are on sale are an absolute mess. Sometimes there are things missing from the box and makeup items splattered everywhere), things would be easier to spot. Like every other TJ Maxx, everything is always more affordable and good quality. It's always a good place to shop for yourself and for others. The employees are always so sweet and hold up a conversation. Quality wise, I recommend this place over the other department store chains. Price wise, there will be cheaper, but I sometimes prefer quality over price depending on what I'm buying.
