One of the tasks was to get a large tree removed from the back yard. Affordable tree service was hired to do the job. My buddy asked me to meet them at the property. Keith the owner was very rude and disrespectful to me and my coworker right when I arrived, he gives off racist vibes and tried to boss me and my coworker around and talked down to us. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and unfriendly. I would not recommend!

I would suggest that you ask your neighbors not to use this company if you care for your neighbors…read more Sitting looking out at our garden 5/5/25 I was amazed to see a blizzard, of long dead grass and leaves flying past our windows. When I went out into the garden I was immediately covered in dead grass dust and leaves coming from my neighbors garden to the South Side, blown by steady 14mph winds with gusts over 30mph. This debris was being kicked up by at least two men wearing gas powered leaf blower backpacks. This debris covered our garden and decking with filth, got into our screen windows, covered our hot tub with filth. To do this on a day with such high winds was ridiculous and presented a nuisance and health risk from the allergens this company's actions released, which obviously included mold spores too. Just to add insult to injury the company vehicle was parked directly in front of my home partially obstructing my driveway whilst leaving the clients property unobstructed.

I had a question about whether they carried particular plants and the young gal at the counter didn't know the answer. The older blonde lady seemed like helping was out of her league. Nobody knew a thing at the counter and instead of trying to help, she just said no we don't have what you're looking for and continued talking to an older dark haired lady. When I asked her where I might find the plants I wanted, she said she didn't know. Then just kept talking it up. Then they started talking Spanish while looking at me. Talk about rude. Bells Nursery and Mile 5.2 Greenhouse had what I wanted and were so much nicer. Not only that, but everyone looked disheveled at Falz. Like they had been through a battle and just woke up. No thank you.

Called these folks for an estimate, bathroom and kitchen remodel…read more Made an appointment for Saturday 4pm, no one showed up. Called again next day, was told he forgot to put it in his calendar. (Things happen no big deal) So I made another appointment. I have a 80' wide 20' deep driveway only one truck in the driveway with all that room and the estimator parks so close to the truck that the tenant can't open a door without hitting the estimator's parked truck. I said to him "Nice park job", probably hurt his feelings. We get to the apartment and he tells me what a good job they will do. After about 30 minutes he says he would get back to the office and email the estimate. A week goes by, nothing. So I call BE HAPPY again, a lady answers the phone and I ask where is my estimate? She says she would pass the info on to the estimator and to wait for a call. Another week goes by, nothing. I call again and a lady answers the phone and asked what kind of work was to be done. I tell her and she says that's a time and material job and we don't do estimates for that, I say then why did you come out and do the estimate? She says, "Oh there was an estimate done?" I say yes. She says I'll have someone call you. A week later I call and ask for a manager or owner to call me or I will have to write some negative reviews. How can any one run such a disorganized business. When researching landscapers to fix the issue I found out that they do landscaping as well. I called to have them give an estimate for fixing the issue, and we could work something out. They said I needed to pay my last bill before they would even do an estimate. I explained that I had to have D-1 Delivered to stop the flooding that costs more then the final bill. I also explained that the first estimate to fix the grassy area was 1,200. So I will not be paying them unless they can work something out with fixing the issue. They called me today and threatened me on the phone (calling my husband's chain of command and taking me to court).
