He's also clearly a dog lover--he greeted my dogs and even gave them some stuffed toys to play with, which they loved. Christian carefully inspected my unit and was completely honest about the situation. He explained what was going on and what needed to be done without trying to upsell or take advantage of me. He showed me everything and made sure I understood the condition of my system. You can tell he truly cares about his job and about helping customers while trying to save them money when possible. He was respectful of my home and very professional throughout the visit. I've worked with GOETTL for many years and have always been satisfied with their service.
