Just hired the 210 Plumbers after my Dad recommended them. Wow! Such nice people! We had a dripping shower and Steve changed it plus noticed our faucet was splattering all over the place and just fixed it for nothing. We also asked them to flush out our water heater which they did very quickly. Everything was at a very reasonable price. I love how Steve took the time to explain to us what he was fixing and how to take care of it going forward. One thing I've learned is to always listen to my Dad! My water heater pilot light went out and I couldn't get it stay lit after several attempts. Made a few calls and finally decided on 210 Plumber. As hot water is a necessity, I needed to have someone come out the same day. Russell made it out and was very professional and helpful explaining my options. He even noticed my water heater was under warranty and was able to get the manufacturer to honor the defective part in lieu of charging me for it. Very quick reasonably priced same day service! I had a clogged bathroom sink that Drano and my snake would not clear. Steven was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional and was able to clear it in about an hour with the right equipment. Best plumbers ever! We had a toilet that wouldn't stop running. Seemed like an easy fix. My husband replaced the fill valve. Twice. Still running. Then we called a plumber. Still running. Finally we found 210 plumber. And Steve was so understanding!! He explained everything he was doing. And he knew why it wasn't successful all the previous times. These guys were great! Their prices were better than anyone else I spoke with. I feel the cost was better than reasonable. I didn't feel pressured or upsold. These people are wonderful ! They are friendly and professional. I have employed them twice now, and each time the charges were way below what anyone else would have charged. Russell even saved me money by telling me I didn't need a new garbage disposal- that it was working fine. Someone posted on the neighborhood app looking for a plumber, and I called one of the recommended choices (210-PLU-MBER). The guys came out and went through a series of steps to found the leak. The plumber explained things as he went along so that I knew what was going on in the process. The leak ended up being in the wall. The plumber had an apprentice that he was training. The plumber treated his apprentice with respect. It sounds like a weird thing to notice, but it speaks volumes about the character of the plumber. The apprentice never did touch any of the plumbing.(FYI) The leak was fixed, and it was a pain to do it. The leak was in the main pipe right before it splits to provide water to the different areas in the house. My house is older so the location of this leak took some serious maneuvering to get to it and fix it. The end result is that I would use them again if I had major plumbing issues. read more

Russell & Raul showed up on time. Russell is a very knowledgeable plumber with lots of experience. He explained what they had to do to drain the old water heater, as it was 24yrs old. Russell installed a new spigot at the bottom because the tank would not drain at first even under high pressure, as the old tank had a rock solid sediment block in the bottom of it. They did their work quickly and professionally. They were a little messy and I recommend they wrap the bottom of the old water heater up before taking through the house to avoid spillage of rust dust. They should have their own shop vac too for cleanups. Otherwise, great job, highly recommend these guys. read more

Called the plumber explained the problem in detail twice to the plumber and to Gloria. They quoted me a price of $189 for labor and parts. When the plumber got here, they said they didn't know the extent of the issue and quoted me another price of $312 just to shut the water off to the tub. That's not even to fix the issue. After that they told us they would have to come back out to reconnect the water after another part was purchased to fix the issue. So after paying them $312 to shut off the water, we called back to have the tub actually fixed with the new part (that only cost $49), they quoted us a price of $300. I asked them to put it in writing and send an email. Gloria agreed to do that. So now we were willing to pay $600 for a $49 part and 45 minutes of work at the most. Gloria then called me back 30 minutes later and said the price would now be $675!!! I asked why the change and she said because of labor!! So I kindly said no since we were already bamboozled out of $300 for something that wasn't even fixed. Be aware that they will quote you a price to fix something but really they are going to up that price once they arrive. Make them put it in writing and you will get the true over priced amount they are going to charge you! These guys are scam artist and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!! read more
