He took the time to explain everything to me. He provided complete transparency. He identified the needs I wanted and worked diligently to find a house that aligned with them. His strong negotiating skills were evident. And his collaboration ensured for a smooth close. In addition to his strong work ethic- he also offers a service called Homes for Hero's. Offering a decrease from his commission to alleviate the cost to his client (health care providers, veteran, police, fire, teachers etc). A percentage also goes back to the organization as well. Such a cool program! Definitely will be working with Michael again to sell and buy my next property!

So I had little time to find a new home for my family of 4. After my wife and I decided our best option within our area was to buy, Jim was recommended to me. We made contact, and Jim went right to work. We located a home rather quickly, then Jim, through his vast resources got us set up with financing. Before we knew it we had closed on our home. He made it so incredibly easy and this was not my first home buy. So if you need to buy or sell a home look no further than Jim Sheeley. Four and 1/2 years later and still raving about my experience!

After interviewing several agents, I met with Thang. We clicked immediately, talking to Thang was like talking to an old friend. Thang is not pushy, he listens to your thoughts and concerns. Every realtor has a different approach and I felt the most compatible with Thang. Thang's hardworking team, Ben, Stephanie and Angella were also a pleasure to work with. My condo had been a rental for many years so Thang and Ben coordinated some needed updating and had it professionally staged. His team put together a beautiful marketing flyer and had open houses every weekend until it sold. Thang is very optimistic, he finds the positive in every situation. Even when the first offer fell through, he managed to put me at ease. Selling a home can be stressful but I was always confident Thang and his team were doing everything possible to sell my property. I am most grateful for their dedication and hard work. It was great to work with genuinely a nice group of people.

I chose an apartment through Equity Options pretty much on a whim. I moved from San Diego to…read moreMinneapolis and really had no idea what kind of experience I would have with them, especially since this was my first time moving out on my own. I had read some reviews about Equity Options that weren't favorable, but I needed a place to live, so I decided to take a chance -- I'm really glad I did. They were the only property management company that had rentals that were updated, reasonably priced and that allowed my 80-lb german shepherd without monthly pet rent - that's right, they don't have breed or weight restrictions. Anywhere else, this would have been unheard of, but through Equity Options it was possible. Of course, the property that I live in isn't perfect, but they're making regular adjustments that prove to me they care about their residents. They're continuously updating the building with new lighting and carpet as well as hiring cleaning people on a regular basis to make sure the property is taken care of. My absolute favorite part of renting through Equity Options is Missy Eastman. She is by far the most responsive and accommodating individual who works there. I email and call to complain about things on a semi-regular basis and she just handles it; never makes me feel as if I'm a burden. Every time I've talked to her, she always has a positive attitude, and I'm really grateful that she's so caring. I would definitely rent through Equity Options again!
