You can purchase their item and have it customized or bring in your own shirt and digital image to get printed. I've brought in one hoodie and one zip hoodie to print with an uploaded image for my son. We have been back multiple times since then. Edit to add: I wasn't aware there were more than one person working here. We've always had our prints done with one particular guy. He's not the one that eats at the work area. From other reviews, I'm guessing his name is Khalid. He's very reasonable, professional, and kind. He doesn't do the extra tax or charge as other reviewers have commented.

I then picked out the print I wanted on them and he asked me what size print... I was shown 2 sizes and was never told it was extra money.... so I was there patiently waiting for an hour after being told it took about 15 minutes.... first sweatshirt came out nice the other 3 not so much... it's Christmas time so I said it's ok... so then he adds up my order and I was told $232.60.... my jaw dropped!!!! I was not impressed at all and felt like I was put on the spot and taken advantage of!!! What I thought would cost me $160 now was 232.60.... I will not ever recommend this company and I was told no refunds or returns... so now I have 4 shirts 3 that look like shit and I actually paid 58 dollars a piece for when the sweatshirt it's self probably cost 10 bucks..... it totally ruined my day at the mall and left me broke to drive back home with horrible presents I was so excited to gift.
