Dr. Baez and the entire staff here are amazing! My whole family has been coming here for years and we are more than happy. I had to have an emergency root canal and crown and they got me right in and explained everything. The waiting area and exam rooms are also very clean, inviting, and recently renovated, which my wife really loves. The best part, they all work so well together communicating with me throughout my procedures which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I went here because I needed a quote for an implant. Whenever I'm about to get any sort of expensive work done I like to learn about it as much as I can. Therefore, I practically knew exactly what I was looking for when I comes to an implant; right down to the techniques/materials that I preferred a dentist to use. I initially thought it was a simple procedure. However, there are so many factors related to it that picking the right dentist who really knows what they are doing is probably the most crucial part about having an implant put it. I went to 9 dentists and Dr. Biez was so impressive that he became the most obvious choice to have the procedure done. First thing I noticed was how much effort he put in at the free consultation. The way he did the examination would have made it seem like I was an established (paying) patient that had been coming there for years. With all the other Dentists, only one doctor did the examination. At this office Dr. Biez and his partner Dr. Slootsky were both present and extremely involved in the examination. That's probably the reason why they detected a problem that was completely unrelated to the implant itself. Furthermore, when I asked them very technical questions related to the surgery; they answered them with great detail and were very patient throughout the process. They also used all the preferred methods and material's that I learned from my studies as being the best ones. When it came to cost, Dr. Biez was extremely competitive for all the work he was doing. He also offered to fix the problem they detected (unrelated to the implant) completely free of cost! So needless to say I decided to use them for the procedure. I'm already halfway done (implant put in, waiting for healing so I can put in the crown) and I'm extremely satisfied. The procedure went seamlessly and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Slootsky made a perfect crown for my broken molar. It fits so well that I am completely unaware of it's existence. His office is extremely well run, pleasant, clean, and friendly. Efficiency appears to be goal number one. The last time I spoke to Dr. Slootsky was about a year and a half ago. I had been seeing him regularly for a few years and had come to like him and his wonderful staff. But like they say it's all good until it goes bad. I had a permanent crown made and inserted for a back molar. Immediately afterward it kept giving me problems. His solutions involved quick fixes until finally it broke. When he went to replace the crown he became frustrated and left the exam room, I assumed it was taking too long. He sent in an assistant who fixed me up with a temporary crown and told me this was my permanent solution. I was warned that I couldn't eat chewy or crunchy food and this solution should last up to three years. I left furious and wrote a letter to the office. In response they promised a refund since I payed for a quality permanent crown. Instead I have a temp that fits like crap. Why do I write this 1.5 years later. Now I have an abscess caused by that temp and the office didn't keep their promise and refund what I paid for. I will say the staff and Dr. Slootsky are certainly competent, just don't take more time than he has allotted for you because like I told him in a letter "you run a very efficient office and it appears you wear it as a badge of honor." I broke a tooth while visiting on a Sunday. A family member recommended Dr Slootsky, perhaps he could provide an interim solution until I get home. I phoned Dr Slootsky's office first thing Monday morning, explained the pain I was in and he agreed to get me in that same day. Within 2 minutes of my appointment - no exaggeration, he shaved off the jagged edges of the broken tooth and I was literally pain free. Dr.Slootsky filed down my lower teeth so short .I went there to have work on my upper tooth .I told Him Don't touch my lower teeth. Without my permission ,he filed down my lower teeth.All my lower teeth are sensitive now.He refuses my phone calls ,and sent me a dismissal letter. How can he violate me like that? My teeth won't grow back. Please be weary of a doctor like this who permanently ruins your teeth and then refuses to do anything about his mistake read more

All I have to say is, make sure you know what procedure they are doing before you're in the chair at the doc's mercy. I went in for what I thought was only going to be a normal cavity repair and came out with lasered gums....I was in pain for weeks and I didn't even know that they were doing it. With that being said, they have great equipment for everything dental. They have high tech instruments to make their job easier and your visit easier as well. read more

Dr. Slootsky is the most honest dentist I have ever gone to. Being a transplant to Florida I've struggled to find a dentist I can trust and doesn't just try and milk me for money. I just got back from this office. I was referred to this office by a friend. I haven't been to the dentist in years... so when I chipped my front tooth, I was freaking out. They took me right away (literally, they asked if I could come right then). The other offices I called couldn't take me until tomorrow. The staff was not only professional... but very sweet and kind. I don't often review business but my entire family has been going to Dr. Slootsky for over 5 Years now and I am compelled to share so that other people can hopefully benefit from this review. I always felt that going to the Dentist was like going to a mechanic to have your oil changed, you go in for an oil change and before you leave you need to replace the engine, the transmission and anything else that enables them to turn a profit. Dr. Slootsky and his staff certainly do not make you feel pressured and always provide the best Medical Advice, they provide you all the tools and allow you to make an educated decision. I had a great experience here. They were honest with me about the work I needed done and even stayed late the day before a holiday to make sure my treatment was done and I would be ok for the next few days. They care for their patients, even when Dr. Slootsky had to refer me out for some additional work I needed done with another specialist he took the time to put all my detail in a report with photos and history to send over to this other specialist and made sure to follow up with me along the way to see that it was done properly and that I was satisfied with the other appointment. After a horrible experience down here with another dentist who I'm convinced just wanted my money I am happy that I found Dr. Slootsky and his great team. Noticed there is a lack of diversity at this dental office . It didn't bother me too much until I overheard a conversation from the office manager lissette. Apparently , there seems to be an issue for lissete and her staff including the doctor to hire a black person. She made it very distinct that this is not a clinic to either hire or service anyone of color. I recommend not going to this dental office especially if your not of a lighter skin tone. And you can forget about ever seeing anyone of African decent hired at this place. I will definitely take the initiative to inform my community of such a racist establishment. I shall give them a star for their tremendous effort to belittle and patronize people of other ethnicities. read more

Extremely unpleasant experience. I sat in the chair for hours while an amateur worked on my mouth. I did not appreciate being the patient that the intern practiced on. Dr. Slootsky needs to do better. The service I received was not worth the expensive prices he charges. read more
