For the past several years I've been meeting with Dr. C. Alec Yen. What a great guy in so many ways. Available whenever i have a question by phone and email, great listener and very attentive. A few weeks ago I was anticipating a predictably painful procedure with him. However... Multiple pain-free anesthesia injections, totally pain-free procedure, and believe it or not, no pain that night and during all the recovery days. I couldn't believe it. Not even a need for Tylenol! I hope i didn't overdo this review. Now I'm afraid if i need him again he'll be fully booked. The reputation of the other docs is also very good, I just have not had any personal experience with them.

I need to make sure you hear me when I say she's honest, She won't be shady about your dental exam, revealing something wild like 11 cavities. Yes, true story, this actually happened to me. However, when I saw Dr. Chang, she could not find these 11 cavities :-) She commended me on my dental hygiene, and sent me on my way. These qualities are so hard to find in one dentist, and I honestly saw a string of not-so-great dentists before seeing her. This makes me appreciate her even more! I am a nurse and a soon-to-be dietitian, so I'm very selective about the healthcare providers I see. And I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Chang!

They were all really nice and Dr. Shaw answered all my questions and we joked around a good bit. Very professional and clean. Since I don't have insurance they were willing to offer me discounted prices since they might not have another groupon soon. It is tough to find them online since they are part of a larger dental group and finding the phone number was a bit of a challenge. I was also kind of annoyed that they wanted to charge me for a copy of my X-rays, but since I will be going back I suppose I can deal with it.

I had complicating medical issues and Dr. Cheng was very attentive to those issues. The tooth extraction was painless and the follow-up care was extremely attentive. The office also seemed very COVID safe with all the guidelines in place. All the assistants and front office personnel were very friendly. All in all a very positive experience. As a matter of fact when he puts on a crown, he takes some pictures w/ a very small camera, pushes a button, and the computer fabricates it in the next room! So, voila! You don't have to come back, it's made in :15 minutes! And the instrument he uses to numb your gums - you never even feel it. It's as if it goes to sleep by itself! No pain!
