The first two surgeries were basically flat foot reconstruction surgery and the last one was to take out a plate that was bothering me from my first surgery. When coming here you have to interact with Ms BIANCA. She is one of the front desk clerks who is amazing! She greets you by name when you walk in! I love how she's very personable. I never know how she remembers all these patient names. But yes outstanding customer service. I love her! Next up is Ms. CATHY who takes you back and gets your vitals. She is always nice and makes sure she listens to any concerns you have. She always seems to be in a great mood and you can really see she cares about her job and her patients. Next comes my surgeon, DR. BHAKTA. Now when I first met Dr Bhakta it was very quick. He was not very personable or great at listening to ME. I believe this was because he had serviced my dad brother grandpa you name it. i think he believed he knew that I needed surgery. He was not so great at being patient and listening was not there. I felt like he held my life in his hands my surgeries did not go as planned and I feel my life has been forever changed. Words cannot express how this process has been for me. Let's move on to one of his assistants Ms AMBER in my experience she was the absolute worse. She took out my stitches for my first surgery and was not gentle. She made remarks about how many incisions I had saying "wow he sure cut you up like meat" and continued to laugh at my pain while taking my stitches out. She never offered to console me or stop she thought my pain was hilarious. I noticed one of my incisions were not healed and bleeding and when I brought it to her attention she brushed it off and put a cast on me which later turned into a infection. highly do not recommend her for anything. The only reason I feel she was nicer taking out my stitches from this last surgery was because she wanted a good review. She was kind this go around and even offered to help put on my boot which she has never done in the past. Quite frankly I feel she acts as if she doesn't want to touch you sometimes. I just don't recommend her at all! Moving on to therapy Dr. STEVEN is AMAZING!! He is very personable offers very genuine advice and listens to all your concerns. He answers every concern and question you have thoroughly and knowledgeable. Last but not least My good sus Ms. SHAY I love her. I owe all my recovery to her. There was days I truly wanted to give up and just not push through all of this but she not only encouraged me but pushed me to do and be my best! She is truly a gem. She was very relatable understanding and answered all my concerns professionally and when she didn't know she always got the answer for me. I didn't know that therapy was a key part of this process until she came into my life and I'm truly grateful for her. Overall some of the front desk ladies could get a little more training in professionalism and being more genuine when dealing with patients concerning payments or scheduled appointments. I work in customer service myself I know it can be frustrating but I pride myself in making sure every customer has a great experience. I would not recommend this place! I am still currently in excruciating pain every single day since my surgeries!!

We went and had Ozone injections which seemed to help a little but the pain persisted- we discussed knee surgery which was low on our list based on talking to others ole codgers who went thru this venture of much pain and much rehab We had a chiropractor who had had knee issues recommend PT to us- Linda googled PT and based on the ratings called and spoke to Angela at Cornerstone - they visit and Linda enrolls online - - - me of course, wants to see the Cornerstone Diggs and meet the folks- which we did in a day or so There are lots of PT places - and lots of PT doctors- but not many Cornerstones To us- people make the difference- Dr Basem And Angela make an awesome team- the facility is such that you could literally eat your dinner off the floor- the smell is like Linda's house- LIKE CLEAN- the regime is first class- and designed to address your individual issue- with The Dr doing the on hand adjusting to produce the maximum benefit Our program was for 6 weeks or so - twice a week and included the laser treatment, which We heartily recommend Both our knees are significantly improved- the pain we experienced going up and down the stairs is much better- the swelling has disappeared-and our daily functionality has improved so that we are almost back to Normal!! As per Docs instructions we will continue the exercises prescribed- doing these daily! Trying to access the appropriate Yelp rating here is a bit troubling- based on our personal experience with Angela and The Doc over the past 6 weeks for an hour twice a week- I gotta just say that this has to be the best Physical Therapy facility in all of Fort Worth! The professionalism - the processes & protocols utilized in the therapy sessions- coupled with the true people personalities of The Doc and Angela- Deserve Yelps highest score- so on the Yelp scale of 1-5 we give Cornerstone Physical Therapy a 10! I went to Dr. Woodly for a painful plantar wart on the sole of my right foot which my primary care…read morephysician had diagnosed a few months earlier. To my surprise, Dr. Woodly said I did not have a plantar wart. He told me it was just a callus and I should use a pumice stone on it and cushion it with mole skin. He asked me if I wanted him to shave a bit off and I foolishly agreed - "foolishly" because his "treatment" did nothing and cost me around $70 because my insurance didn't cover it. I knew in my gut Dr. Woodly's diagnosis was wrong. My regular doctor agreed, and sent me to a specialist in dermatology who confirmed the original diagnosis and removed the wart by "burning" it off. Next time I'll listen to my gut!
