No word no heads up nothing. Call the Hyannis office - get told there isnt anything much to be done, no one who worked there last year is there now, but she would have accounting call us. Do you think we received a call? No, no we did not. I have to assume that Enterprise is in the business of charging peoples cards years later, so be aware if they ever "comp" something.

Rented for 2 days and was charged for almost a month. Received a call 2 weeks after when I returned my car asking how long I intended on keeping the rental for. When I told the representative the car had already been returned 2 weeks ago he said sorry and everything was closed out. I've had to call the location over 20 times to get this sorted out. The representatives are nice but there isn't too much follow-up. On top of that just received a toll fee for this rental and the location cannot help as tolls are processed by a third party. Horrible experience and it's painful that the location won't help resolve a toll as the car was being driven by another customer. Will I rent from enterprise again? Sure but be warned about this location.

He made zero effort to call around for a car, and was firm that it was our fault for not getting road side assistance... which is fine and dandy had they had the ability to trade out our car since we did make it there and weren't asking for assistance roadside. 10/10 will never use enterprise again, and think they would benefit from learning even a bare basic level of customer service.

First 30 minutes of airport parking is free, then $5 for next 30. The only counter manned on a Sunday afternoon was under the Avis banner. The lone woman was efficient and pleasant. I was surprised at the steady stream of customers at Budget/Avis in the otherwise desolate terminal. We were in and out in exactly 30 minutes because we had to complete a 1-page accident report. I was left wondering because she didn't explain what happens next with the report (minus one star).

When I told Stephenie about the text, she responded, "they do that all the time,this is the first I've heard about it, and you'll have to wait about an hour". She displays no empathy or concern for the customer. I was returning an SUV because of a leaky tire that prompted a warning when I drove the car. It had 7000 miles on it. My replacement vehicle was a Chevy Malibu with 35000 miles, which was scratched, had a cigarette hole in the driver's seat, and had not been adequately cleaned. I will never do business with Budget in MA again because of how I was treated by Stephenie. She harbors great disdain for Avis/Budget corporate interfering with her "franchise" and customers directed by them and shows it readily in a distasteful way. Awful! Buyer beware!

I rented a car from Dollar in Hyannis MA on 7/25/21 through Expedia. rental agrement # 57103643 for a Dodge Ram I arrived to pick up the car and was told by the Dollar employee that the car I reserved had already been rented to someone else. Stranded with all of my stuff, I was forced to accept the only car they had remaining- a hard top Jeep gladiator. I returned the car to NYC and paid the balance in full. Unfortunately, the original Chevy Silverado for $284 was never removed from my reservation number- so Dollar had me renting two vehicles picking up from Hyannis and returning to NYC on the same day. I refused to pay for the vehicle I did not receive (the chevy silverado ) and as I can't possibly have driven TWO vehicles at the same time I requested they revoke the charge for the Ram. Instead, dollar continued to send me past due notices- and everytime i called, they said they would remove the second car from my reservation...but never did. I am now on Dollar/Hertz/Thrifty's "do not rent to" list- simply because I refused to pay for a car I did not receive. The last time I spoke with the supervisor Josh from Dollar- employee id #3210 said I should just dispute it with my bank, which I did and now I am on the "do not rent" list. kindly look into rental agreement # 571103643 Invoice date 10.06.2020 and you will see TWO vehicles listed- only one which was received but both were charged for- chevy silverado and jeep gladiator hard top. Dollar still charged my card for insurance, 3 weeks later still trying to get refund just do not respond. Contacted Irish consumer affairs as well as my credit card company. Stay away from Dollar, just bad management and customer service does not exist.
