The representatives are nice but there isn't too much follow-up. On top of that just received a toll fee for this rental and the location cannot help as tolls are processed by a third party. Horrible experience and it's painful that the location won't help resolve a toll as the car was being driven by another customer. Will I rent from enterprise again? Sure but be warned about this location.

First 30 minutes of airport parking is free, then $5 for next 30. The only counter manned on a Sunday afternoon was under the Avis banner. The lone woman was efficient and pleasant. I was surprised at the steady stream of customers at Budget/Avis in the otherwise desolate terminal. We were in and out in exactly 30 minutes because we had to complete a 1-page accident report. My replacement vehicle was a Chevy Malibu with 35000 miles, which was scratched, had a cigarette hole in the driver's seat, and had not been adequately cleaned. I will never do business with Budget in MA again because of how I was treated by Stephenie. She harbors great disdain for Avis/Budget corporate interfering with her "franchise" and customers directed by them and shows it readily in a distasteful way. Awful! Buyer beware!

I rented a car from Dollar in Hyannis MA on 7/25/21 through Expedia. rental agrement # 57103643 for a Dodge Ram I arrived to pick up the car and was told by the Dollar employee that the car I reserved had already been rented to someone else. Stranded with all of my stuff, I was forced to accept the only car they had remaining- a hard top Jeep gladiator. I returned the car to NYC and paid the balance in full. Unfortunately, the original Chevy Silverado for $284 was never removed from my reservation number- so Dollar had me renting two vehicles picking up from Hyannis and returning to NYC on the same day. I refused to pay for the vehicle I did not receive (the chevy silverado ) and as I can't possibly have driven TWO vehicles at the same time I requested they revoke the charge for the Ram. Instead, dollar continued to send me past due notices- and everytime i called, they said they would remove the second car from my reservation...but never did. I am now on Dollar/Hertz/Thrifty's "do not rent to" list- simply because I refused to pay for a car I did not receive. I was told I am receiving the best price yet I would be saving more to rebook? 2. The car has extreme damage. I've never rented a car with so much damage.
