He asked for half for the deposit in the estimate so that he could get materials. I had had him replace part of the fence a couple years ago and working with him went fine, so I trusted him and paid him the deposit. This was very wrong. Ed has repeatedly blown me off when trying to schedule and will not return texts, voicemails, or even messages on other platforms. I've been trying to schedule with him for several months and have now asked for the deposit back since he never completed or even scheduled the project that he agreed to in the estimate. Ed is non-responsive. I'm really disappointed that he would steal my money as I liked his work and working with him previously went well. It must be assumed that this is no longer a reputable business.

He found the problem right away which was cracked stucco on our parapets. He repaired all the parapets and fixed the inside roof. We also had them patch the cracks in the stucco on the entire house. He had a wonderful hard working crew and they did a good job. We felt the price was reasonable based on past work done on our home. It certainly was NOT too good to be true. They came out to see what I was looking for and presented a quote the next morning. I put up 50% to get onto their schedule and when the fence was first done, there was a very slight problem with one of the panels.
