After all this time, I have been going to my appointment and didn't missed once and they told me that I have to pay a fee of $50 for those times I missed. I told them, no thanks, I'll go somewhere else that have more empathy to working nurses that prone to get sick every now and then. My kiddo is on my insurance and we both are PPO and my mom is on medicare. We will take our business elsewhere with empathy and understanding. If you have PPO, they will treat you better than if you have state insurance. Be warn!

Professional yes but until my recent visits to btyDental in Tacoma, I just thought that hospitality just wasn't a priority with dental offices. OMG, these folks at btyDental are of a different breed. A dentist who I swear to gawd, was like a concerned father when it came to my dental condition. He was awesome. The front office and dental assistants treated me like family. What more can I say? It doesn't get any better.
