The Animal Control and Field Services departments of the Alameda County Sheriff's Office has allowed animals to ruin the Fairview area. I used to love to visit with my friends that live there or drive through the area, but not anymore! I don't know how my friends can live on lower Fairview Avenue these days where they are surrounded by more and more animals that have caused so many problems. I've watched the increase in traffic and more and more people coming and going all around them to ride horses in the dirt fields or up Fairview Avenue where horses make a mess of the sidewalks and streets. I seriously hate being at their home for more than an hour because my black truck gets covered in thick dust that settles in the evening air. I'm reminded to not leave the doors open to their home for more than a second at a time because we will be fighting off flies for the rest of our visit. The worst part is the disgusting flies that bite us when we are trying to enjoy the outdoors. The flies love the strong odors coming from nearby barns that gags me when I drive passed them. My friends often show me pictures of disgusting rats their cat brings home and leaves on their lawn. I can see why they have this problem since there is animal feed stored sky high next door. Just the other day I noticed feed being stored in a horse trailer. That is new and I'm sure will be a new trend up there. At one time there were two times (2X) the amount of horses next door from that of which was allowed and this problem went on for years. My friends held a summer party a couple of years back only to be left with vacuuming a ton of flies off their ceilings. It's like nothing I've seen before. Now I look around the Fairview area and see rotting and poorly built animal structures and tons of every type of vehicle/trailer you can imagine that are stored in dirt fields. Just Google certain parts of Fairview Avenue and see it for yourself. It's a sad unfortunate sight. It doesn't need to be that way, but being sued by so many residents with horses has Animal Control and Field Services backed into a corner. Fairview should be renamed Farmview. When I check into my credit unions county sheriff office is my first point of contact of interactions as they are present on site. I have not made any recommendations to any persons of interactions as when in communications I am direct as self only as staff have been attentive to my needs of service. My California Drivers License I have applied for to of various of DMV location over the prior past years in city of San Jose which when receiving had prior old residence address listed of San Jose locations. I have not resigned of any of those address locations for years as those whom might be listed at location currently I do not have any personal activity participation involvement in any practice of traditional culture practice of nor do I request, ask of any type of servicing of those whom might be currently listed of locations of having any involvement of my personal travels, and courts. I have not vacationed or traveled out of the state for over 37 years.As since 2018-2025 I have been utilizing of my own personal transporation to get to and from work sites just as self unaccompanied of any other persons of as vehicle as used for court purposes, medical appointments, family child visitations, and personal usages for taking care of personal errands. My home residence listed is of a non smoking non drug usage area of space inside. It's 6:55am on Saturday and had just opened my garage door to air out gas fumes from my car I haven't started in 2 weeks. Less than 5 minutes later, a brand new dark blue Dodge Challenger parks in front of my driveway and sits there with his spotlight on the front of my house looking in my garage until I have to get up and go outside to see this cop doing this. He told me I left my garage door open. Then he does a U-Turn and leaves. But why was he up here in the first place? I didn't need help. I am out of the way in Old Lake Chabot Estates on a GIANT hill. Why waste gas driving around these hills like they always do. They are a waste. I pray obsessively every day for their dissipation. I called them to help me 12-23-2019 to report my 3 year old son was abused by his father ( penis & neck) and they didn't even show up. I had to call the NEXT DAY - AGAIN! They came out and did nothing to help me. They threatened to arrest me when I refused to turn my son over to his stalker-abusive "father." You have no idea who I am right now, but YOU WILL.
