They just did a renovation job on one of my rental properties in Makiki. It included reflooring, painting, and numerous repairs and they delivered more than they promised. They are honest, reasonable, communicative, reliable, accommodating, and best of all hardworking with great quality workmanship. These qualities are certainly challenging to find in a handyman these days but I am happy to recommend them. I worked with Donovan, the foreman who kept in touch with me everyday and sent me photos of their progress. He is professional and super friendly and I appreciate how he met me at the hardware store, shopped for all the materials, and I paid the hardware store. This way I'm not making a blind deposit for "materials" bearing the risk of the contractor taking the money and running. Once a contract is signed they did require 50% Deposit on the labor cost but the work was already in progress. They're also fully insured. A neighbor in the same building was so impressed with their work that they hired them on the spot to have their flooring redone as well! I found AllTech Professionals on Yelp through their "Obtain a Quote" process. I love Yelp for this feature as it has saved me so much time on managing my projects. They responded right away, showed up on time to the appointment, understood the tasks without overselling, we worked on the written agreement and purchased supplies the next day, and the job started the day after and was finished in the estimated timeframe they promised. What's not to love?! Call Donovan at (808)208-1773. He and his brother Ben did an excellent job. They have operations on Oahu and Maui. Mahalo, Donovan and AllTech Professionals. I look forward to working with you again!

From start…read moreto finish the entire team of installers and third party vendors were on time, hard working, very communicative and proactive with me/each other and other tradesmen involved (concrete work/electrician, etc), kept everything tidy and cleaned up after themselves, and their work ethic was admirable. They were also fun and ready for a joke when they popped their heads up from working. The price they quoted was very competitive and they were recommended by friends who had their AC install completed by Strategic Air Conditioning. So now I'm here spreading the word, you can't go wrong with Jessie and his team with a refit or general maintenance or trouble shooting. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. Update: I had one of Jessie's team come out to flush the system for maintenance and he was part of the team that did the install. Really nice guy and very thorough in his work. I'm still impressed, you will be too!

The water was gushing through the ground and streaming from my side of the meter. I called my regular plumber and he was too busy to come, and fortunately I had Matt Lind's phone number in my phone from years ago. Matt was across the island but understood the urgency of this situation and dropped everything to help me. He showed up like a knight in shining armor with his immaculate Pipe Smith Plumbing truck. He excavated the site and discovered a plastic part installed by another major plumbing company on Maui had split because it was installed at an angle. Matt replaced this with a metal fitting and copper pipes and reduced the angle to eliminate the torque. Brilliant. Beautiful work, plumbing is actual a science and an art. Shoutout to Jamie, manager of the team. She was able to find and acquire very specialized plumbing parts for my Makena home to stop a faucet leak. Two other plumbers were unable to identify them and suggested that I rip through my walls. Such a delight to work with professionals in an emergency situation and receive a more than fair invoice!
