The amazing: Their…read morewebsite. Its fantastic. It gives you a running total as you add or subtract services. And it shows you the available dates + times. Availability - they were able to come onsite next business day. Similar companies were two weeks out Onsite employees were informative, kind and work diligently. OK: The service. I kid you not, the air in my house seems cleaner when the heat is on. But I wish they showed me all the crap they pull from the ducts. Did they collect a hairball or a garbage dump worth of material? And I dont think the tile washing was worth it at all. I've cleaned the floor better myself without the tools the fellas brought. And my grout looks like it was hardly touched. Bad: Price - While their pricing was only slightly more than other companies I researched, this was not worth it. It was beyond petty that I was charged for a second room because of a small landing from my kitchen. Leftover mess - While they did a great job cleaning the ducts, they kicked a ton of dust into my newly finished basement. It feels like they cleaned one thing only to make a mess in another Unless you're in desperate need of duct cleaning or carpet cleaning, this isn't worth it.

This company is the worst. I decided to use them because they are a small business and I wanted to…read moresupport them. They cleaned the duct work but the rest of the work was absolutely terrible. They were supposed to clean my cabinets, furniture, and walls of soot that accumulated from a kitchen fire. Terrible. They took a wet cloth and dragged it across my cabinets and furniture leaving water marks everywhere. They did not remove soot from cabinet handles, corners or inside the cabinets. Also when I asked them about the inside and dishes they took a wet cloth and wiped my dishes. I had to wash every cabinet and dish over. They mopped the floor but did not get up the soot that was ground in to the floor. It was money waisted. I am extremely disappointed. I had to hire another company to finished what Green Genie started. UGH!

In those 3 years our family had adopted a senior dog who was in dire need of a home. Uno was a good boy but, towards the end of his 13 years, he had more and more "accidents" in every different spot imaginable. Ugh. We did our best with all sorts of diy formulas and carpet cleaners/gadgets. When our beloved Uno crossed the rainbow bridge, bless his scruffy little soul, we knew that time had come for a professional carpet cleaning. We didn't expect any miracles, but when I walked in from work, my jaw dropped. The carpets looked/smelled amazing. The stains were gone. Everything was so fresh and clean. On top of that, Darren and crew, made everything so easy. I would give them a 10 star review if I could. JMC

Having heard wonderful things about the service and with a recommendation from a friend I had high expectations. Joe arrived right on time, which I appreciated, and he was friendly and took care to review everything with me, especially since the charges were quite high. For this appointment, I had a couch, loveseat (both with loose back cushions), two chairs, an ottoman, and an area rug cleaned. Joe spent about an hour and a half on the actual cleaning process, though he was here for a total of two hours. At the end of the visit, he explained that some stains, particularly those caused by my elder mom, wouldn't budge, and that the couches were heavily soiled, but he did his best. Yes, I have two dogs, the couches are dirty hence the cleaning service. In addition too coffee stains on the one chair, that the advertise to be able to take care of. After everything dried, I was unfortunately disappointed with the results, especially given the cost, $700 plus. Just to see if there was any improvement possible, I used my own little green machine with carpet cleaner. In less than 15 minutes, it collected a bucket full of filthy water, indicating that there was still a lot of dirt left behind. I understand that not all stains can be removed, but I do believe that dirt should come out during cleaning. I also attempted to clean the stained chairs myself and was able to make some progress. Because of this, I requested my area rug back, as I am unsure about their cleaning process and feel it did not meet my expectations of clean. See pictures showing the dirty water from my green machine along with a comparison of the cushions after both cleanings. I wanted to bring this to your attention and hope you won't make the same mistake and waste your money and time.
