Best place for fast Indian food. The service is quick and you never walk out hungry but will walk out with leftovers

Small families enjoying food. Couples and friends chatting over coffee. They support local businesses. We came on a Saturday afternoon, when students from RIT were given tables to show and sell their art in a non intrusive way. Coffee is really fantastic. I had an Americano, with their Espresso Blend. Roast master told me he does the sourcing, blending and roasting. This one had Ethiopian and Colombian beans. Fabulous blend of earthy and chocolate tones. I bought a pound to prepare with my French Press at hotel and the roaster grinded it to a perfect coarse. Side note: please never drink coffee from those hotel room machines. You can always do better! Come, have a coffee, have lunch, buy beans or ground coffee for your enjoyment at home. This is the type of place that makes café lovers feel right at home, even when traveling.

On a recent visit to Rochester, one of my friends and I met up at this cool location for a coffee and to catch up. There are options galore for drinks and they're so good. I loved my marshmallow latte. They have options for board games, events they host, and a small corner for small/local artists to share and sell their products. It was so interesting to explore and look around while I caught up with an old friend. Next time I'm in Rochester, I'm definitely coming back.

The meat was tender, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. Everything was fresh and generously portioned. Each platter came with rice, and a fresh salad ~ a great value for the price. This location is a little bit bigger than the one in E. Henrietta location , which has two tables. The Monroe Ave location, has six tables. So you can comfortably eat in or takeout. Much like the location on E. Henrietta Rd., the menu has broad range too ~ from classic chicken and lamb platters to jerk chicken, kofta kabob, seafood options like shrimp and fish platters, plus vegetarian favorites like falafel and hummus-N-pita. Whether you're craving bold Caribbean spice, NYC-style halal, or something meat-free, they've got you covered. Fresh food. Big flavor. Excellent service. We'll definitely be back. Kevin

The menu is fairly large, with plenty of sandwiches and platters. Service was efficient and friendly, and everything is made fresh. I ordered the chicken platter and liked that I could customize my salad. The chicken was well seasoned, though I do wish the rice had been hotter. (Oddly enough this seems to be a thing around here?) The garlic sauce on the chicken was tasty. We also shared mozzarella sticks, which were tasty, though it was odd that the only dipping option was Italian dressing. My friend ordered a plain gyro, which was fresh and flavorful. There's both dine in and takeout. A few people sat down to eat while we were there, but I get the sense it's more of a takeout spot. They're also open late, which is a plus. Parking is either street or a small shared lot.
