At every visit she was abrasive and took every opportunity to unload personal drama on me. She canceled and/or rescheduled 4+ times last minute. When I FINALLY picked up my piece, I found a flaw immediately (sloppy seam, see photo), and she didn't line the sleeves like she said she would. Poorly done, unfinished work. She told me "There it is, you're all paid up." Because she had been so unprofessional and awful to deal with at every turn, I just took my item and went out the door.
