Camilla. Camilla was my stylist. I haven't had a haircut since March 2020. COVID hit, salon closed…read more We're full time RVers, so we're traveling every few weeks or months. I First didn't want to wear a mask while getting my haircut, then it was the anxiety of not trusting anyone to cut my hair anymore. We've stopped through CO for a few weeks. Long enough to read some reviews & suck it up. Glad I did. The salon was able to fit me in (wedding season), very accommodating. After getting a couple of text reminders through the week, Camilla even called the day of, with an opening from a cancellation. Nice. Unfortunately couldn't take it - meetings . When I arrived, she was ready, no waiting, clean station, bright smile and good conversation. This will remain a 5 star review, but one suggestion, longer, deeper scalp massage at the wash bowl. That's what I've been looking forward to for 16 months & it just wasn't meant to be. The hair cut made up for it. 3" taken off, perfect length, even (that's important ) & not over styled. I'd like to think she saw my simple personality & new I didn't want bouffant. When we came back through, I'll plan another haircut with Camilla. If she's not there, I will have to pack up our RV and go to her

The nice young lady that did my pedicure was nice but I think the level of experience is zero and she had no supervision. I had to ask to cut my nails twice. She just did not know how. The massage was short. The cuticles barely touched. But the worse was the polish. On one of my toes the nail polish was soo caked up that never truly dried. It was too thick. Just the level of knowledge of how to apply nail polish is not there. The next day it was all ruined up and I had to buy nail polish remover and redo the whole pedicure myself. Literally a waste of my time and $60

Betsy is amazing. Her salon is clean, gorgeous, and has the best mountain views…read more My boyfriend and I spent our anniversary in Breckenridge and made a last minute decision to get a mani/pedi. We called Betsy in the morning and she was able to get us in for an appointment only 3 hours later. She spent her time on both of us and we left feeling completely pampered! Her color selection is incredible as is her attention to detail. Thank you for making our anniversary so wonderful!

Just look for it in the same building as the Swiss Haven restaurant (where they serve fondue!). She is on the third floor. If Mary Jo is running a few minutes behind, make sure you grab a glass of vino from Alfonso downstairs. Don't worry, it's cool as long as you bring back the glass. What to expect when receiving a pedicure from Mary Jo: 1. Foot soak in a metal tub. (you will not find the big pedicure chairs with jets here) 2. A sugar scrub. Several scents to choose from. 3. Paraffin wax foot dip. HEAVEN! 4. A thorough application of polish. 5. Several minutes under the dryer. Gotta make sure they are super dry to put back on socks and boots! My toes looked great and I loved the color! I read a few other reviews that said there wasn't a good variety of nail polishes to choose from. I found quite the opposite! I had a hard time choosing. Plenty of reds, neutrals and even yellows! Forgot to mention she did my pedicure and my friend's simultaneously. Handled very well I might add! The price is very 'ski resort' driven. You're going to pay twice what you would normally at 'home'. Sigh. I will say I felt like the paraffin dip made up some of that cost though and it was soooo needed since I was all dry from lack of humidity.

I love my hair thanks to Kim Phillips. When I moved to Winter Park I was a little nervous about…read moregetting my hair done up here. A friend of mine loves Kim so I decided to book an appointment. I've seen Kim about 4 or 5 times now. She's got a great personality and is super friendly. Most importantly she listens on exactly what I want for cut and color. I think that the most important trait of a hairstylist is to be a good listener. I have always been happy with the outcome of my hair. The best part is Kim is I can afford to go more often- it's $80 for highlights and a cut! She always has the best magazines to catch up on my celebrity gossip! I highly recommend Kim if you need cut or color. One thing to know- it's cash or check only. You definitely need to make an appointment -she's the only one that works in the salon so she takes some days off.

After being concerned that I had grown my bangs out for so long and trying to talk me out of a bang trim, I finally got a haircut out of her. So, bang trims are free so I shouldn't complain but it was bad..... She pretty much cut straight across with no style or anything. She was also confused when I tried to explain how my awesome hair stylist from Chicago would do it. I went back in to have the owner, Kim, fix them and was even more horrified. She used thinning shears on my bangs so now I have pieces that are 2 inches long, too much bulk on the side, and super pointy (Girl Interrupted) bangs. I do not get how living in this county = no need for updates on technique and how people can get by in business like this. So, just wait until you visit home or go to Denver for a haircut, I don't think there's any hope in this town.
