I First didn't want to wear a mask while getting my haircut, then it was the anxiety of not trusting anyone to cut my hair anymore. We've stopped through CO for a few weeks. Long enough to read some reviews & suck it up. Glad I did. The salon was able to fit me in (wedding season), very accommodating. After getting a couple of text reminders through the week, Camilla even called the day of, with an opening from a cancellation. Nice. Unfortunately couldn't take it - meetings . When I arrived, she was ready, no waiting, clean station, bright smile and good conversation. This will remain a 5 star review, but one suggestion, longer, deeper scalp massage at the wash bowl. That's what I've been looking forward to for 16 months & it just wasn't meant to be. The hair cut made up for it. 3" taken off, perfect length, even (that's important ) & not over styled. I'd like to think she saw my simple personality & new I didn't want bouffant. When we came back through, I'll plan another haircut with Camilla. If she's not there, I will have to pack up our RV and go to her

The nice young lady that did my pedicure was nice but I think the level of experience is zero and she had no supervision. I had to ask to cut my nails twice. She just did not know how. The massage was short. The cuticles barely touched. But the worse was the polish. On one of my toes the nail polish was soo caked up that never truly dried. It was too thick. Just the level of knowledge of how to apply nail polish is not there. The next day it was all ruined up and I had to buy nail polish remover and redo the whole pedicure myself. Literally a waste of my time and $60

Ilizabeth and…read moreJackie did hair and makeup for me and my bridesmaids and mother in August of 2015 and I couldn't have been happier with the result. I was planning the wedding from California (and am not from Colorado originally) and I had one chance to test out hair and makeup vendors. I wanted to stick with local vendors and needless to say, there were not many options around the area. I tested out one other and settled on Fraser Hair Company. I'm an options kinda gal so choosing from only two vendors made me really nervous. Being Asian, I was really worried that I wouldn't be able to find someone who would be able to handle Asian hair well, but I was completely wrong. What I loved about working with Ilizabeth was that she was completely honest with me about what she thought would look good in my hair. She can be a little more gruff than others you might work with but she knows her stuff! I had originally wanted a French braid bun but she told me she thought it would get lost in my dark hair. We went with a different style and I LOVED it! I'm also not a makeup person (I don't even know how to put on makeup and I own 2 lipsticks) and didn't want anything too heavy the day of. The makeup looked natural and was absolutely perfect. On top of that, she and Jackie were incredibly fast. I was nervous because they had booked another wedding the same day but they handled me and 5 other people in my party in less than 2.5 hours and everyone's hair held the whole night. If you're looking for someone that will make you look AMAZING and is honest and easy to work with, look no further!

At that point their hot tub was already closed due to concerns of COVID-19. However, service remained impeccable. Detail oriented. I love that they offer vitality drinks (there's a whole menu). Multiple nooks and comfy homey corners to sit in and relax after the treatment. There are 3 levels. There's a hop on the ground level. Women's locker room is also on the ground level. Men's seems to be in the basement. They also have men's and women's lounges, as well as lounges where everyone can go. Upon walking in they have a wall of shoe racks for you to put your shoes and change into their slippers. I love this arrangement. It makes the whole spa experience feel homey. They also have thoughtful bulletin boards of "Girls of the Ranch" in the changing room. Girl power! We'd love to come back after the crisis and when everything's open (yoga, hot tub, and all).

I waited to write this review because I had such amazing experiences with everyone we used except Lauren Gibbs and this was hard to write. I wouldn't give Lauren one star if I had the choice. Lauren was nice and communicated well at first when I was searching for a hair/makeup. She was a bit more reasonably priced considering the going rate and I decided to go with her. Unfortunately, as it got closer to my wedding I emailed her more than once and it took her a very long time to respond. When she finally did we talked about how she was going to need more hands then anticipated because we couldn't get into the venue until later in the day. I thought we had settled on what was needed but as the weeks got closer I contacted her again and she ghosted me. I sent several emails directly through her link with NO response at all. I finally reached her by phone. We talked briefly and I told her I understood how busy she was. We were supposed to reconnect via email later that day but it was a days later. I tried to confirm what we discussed but she responded as if we had never talked about her need for an extra set of hands. I reminded her of our previous discussions and I couldn't afford to pay more when we were already set to go. She felt doing me. I was thankful for the understanding although, there was a communication break down on her part. It was only weeks away from my wedding but I had a gut feeling that sent me on a search for a new stylist. However, being so late in the game there really wasn't much availability and I didn't have the energy to keep searching. Fast forward my wedding day and I was already stressed about the time crunch and the morning didn't go smoothly and I ended up being 20 minutes late...it was my bad because I lost the 20 minutes for my hair and makeup. As I got to the room I was very apologetic for being late and shouted up the stairs "sorry, are you going to kill me?" Trying to make light of it as well as apologizing for my tardiness. The first thing out of her mouth in a very nasty tone was "well I'm going to charge you!!" The way I see it if she was desent human with good customer service she would have helped to relieve some stress rather than add to the stress. That didn't happen at all! I was frustrated with her approach and she was upset that I was late to the service I paid for. She told me I disrespected her on my wedding daydisrespected her. Now mind you I did apologize for being late. We continued to have a heated discussion which included her assistant chiming in while excusing Lauren's behavior. That's when my family walked into a disaster. My sister and mom asked her numerous times to see if we could please make this work. My mom even offered to skip hers ALL together to get everyone else done and not cause stress for Lauren. My mom's tone was very apologetic although she did nothing wrong. Lauren wasn't having it and wasn't listening. She was caught up on making it about herself and how she couldn't work in these conditions. I told her more than once she could leave but everyone pleaded with her to stay. She finally left as more heated words were exchanged. She caused a great deal of stress and disappointment. However, all said and done we managed beautifully without her. After my wedding I contacted her to get my money back knowing I lost the deposit. She responded very shortly with how this will be her last communication and I could contact her through a lawyer. I simply reminded her that she provided NO service and needed to send my payment back but I decided to stop reaching out so I was no longer consumed by the thought of her. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. It is sad to put these words down about someone and their business but I'd hate to see anyone go through what I did on their very special day
