The second RN, nurse Coogler took the side of the abuser and told the victim it was her fault and dismissed any distress. She did not follow up with scans, treatments or any type of helpful medical advice. We are placing a formal report with the Texas Medical Board. DO NOT GO HERE to receive care.

From the sweet lady at the front desk (Kristina) who made registration quick & easy, to thoughtful Nurse Rommel, who gifted us with a small teddy bear as a brave patient prize, to kind & gentle Dr. Bechtel, we were seen by quality practitioners who gave prompt attention, treating our situation with professionalism & empathy. Being an over-protective parent, we felt it better to be safe than sorry and came here after our toddler got too curious for her own good. The clinic is open 24/7, so we were thankful to arrive after 10pm with little wait. Dr. Bechtel was not dismissive about the situation but offered light humor, comfort, and reassurance. They kept our kiddo in observation with us just long enough to make sure she was okay and marked our visit as "urgent care" (versus an "emergency") to ease the financial burden. Don't want to repeat the situation any time soon, but this will be our absolute go-to if a medical emergency arises again. Highly recommend this place and appreciate the staff who took care of us that night.

Dr. Lorentz was very thorough, caring and informative and JJ was made sure I was comfortable at all times. The facility is clean, bright, in a convenient location, and they take Medicare. Elyse and Lindsay who worked the front desk were polite and courteous. He was very rude and then belittled us in front of his office manager. He said if you need a PCP google it. Our reason for visiting his office was to get a test done on my husband's neuropathy and to make Dr. Willens our PCP but he refused that only because we were receiving homeopathic treatments before my husband's surgery to have his toe amputated. So Dr. Willens automatically assumed we only preferred homeopathic treatment and we specifically told him we were not going back to have their treatments done any more, but he would not listen. With access to my medical records and about eight weeks out from my scheduled exam, I called this office to schedule a new patient appointment. Over the course of a three-day period, no one ever answered the phone at this office (281-465-4050). At varying times, I would be prompted to either call back at another time or leave a message and my call would be returned "by the end of the business day" because they were "busy helping other patients." Twice I left very detailed messages. I never received a call back from this office. Lower than a one-star rating: if a doctor's office can't get their front desk to answer the phone at ANY time during the day (I called on and off for multiple hours over the course of multiple days), and then phone calls are not returned after messages are left -- forget it. If this is an indication of how you and your staff treat your patients, you're not a physician I'd want to see anyway. Located a different doctor. Their office answered the phone on the first try and I was able to make an appointment immediately.

Once the referral was made; I had to call for scheduling since his office didn't call me initially. Two weeks ago after the appointment was set; I was extremely nervous and uneasy about seeing the doctor. I almost backed out of the appointment a few times due to feeling uncomfortable about being seen in such a vulnerable state. Rest assured, I met the office staff, clinic manager which were all very pleasant and patient with me. I was about 4 minutes late for my appointment (since I got turned around in The Woodlands mini medical center). Thankfully, they still took me in. I did have to wait for others to go ahead of me as they still wanted me to do paperwork that wasn't on the check in online portal. Even after completing the paperwork, I still had to verbalize who my other major specialists were. I didn't understand it personally. Anyways outside the office staff, I finally got to meet Dr. Pidala. He was very thorough, informative, great listener, he didn't rush me, and he took great notes. I was still very much nervous when he came in, shook my hand, and introduced himself to me. However, as the assessment with on, he made me feel somewhat comfortable. He completed digital rectal exam on me. I was tense about the whole ordeal, but the medical assistant was present. As he was doing the exam, he explained everything out loud and reassured me. No surprises. Dr. Pidala was very professional. No change in his facial impression. Once everything was done and dandy, Dr. explained what he gathered from the evaluation. He remained on topic and didn't stray away like how my PCP does at times. He valued my time and tried his best to make me feel comfortable. He provided me with recommendations for getting more fiber into my vegan lifestyle. He explained next steps as well and my options. He's a good doctor from my first initial visit is what I've observed.

Was basically forced to get the Abbott Spinal Cord Stimulator because I could not get pain…read moremedication. I was hit by a bull on October 4, 2024 in the tailbone. I had previous chronic back pain from failed back surgeries in the past. My feet felt like they were in a vice grip. The stimulator did NOTHING for this pain. I had the stimulator for a total of FIVE MONTHS and ended up with three infections and a baseball size knot on my spine. In October of 2025 this thing was removed and the knot (a large ball of puss that had dried). This thing and this Dr deformed my back and the after care I received(especially by his PA Jessica) was awful. Avoid this Dr, find another one. This man ruined my life.

As for vein doctor, this guy gave me a Valium and 10 minutes later proceeded to strip my veins in his office. The pain was excruciating! I found out later that this type of procedure is supposed to be done inside a hospital! He couldn't even give me anesthesia because of his inability to be on staff at any of the hospitals! He brought in an Anesthetist's nurse to administer medicine to me, but I've also heard since that that was something that she was not supposed to do and that he allowed. I don't know WHAT he was able to do for these people who are claiming that God led them to Dr. Little, but I can tell you from my experience, this guy is from hell.
